We stayed at the hotel late may/ early june. We booked two rooms (One Twin & One Double). Both rooms were clean and well presented. The rooms had everything we needed. The hotel was excellent and have no complaints bar the beds being a little too firm.

Breakfast was excellent, with warm friendly staff. I would definately recommend a stay.

Stayed three night based on recommendation from Tripadvisor. Exactly as described: fabulous location, walking distance to all major sites and Termini train station. The best breakfast we had (and we stayed in Italy for 3 weeks). Clean rooms. Overall 10/10, highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a 15 minute walk from the termini to the hotel with luggage. Though early, we were given a room almost immediately by the friendly staff. The room was clean and roomy enough, but there are few extras. The hotel seems a little back alley, but safe enough, quiet, and very close to all attractions and the metro. Could not ask for more when considering the price.

For the high rating we we a bit disappointed. The staff were a bit unpredictable. Of the 3 clerks one was exceptional, one was helpful, and one was a bit rude and even ignored us on 2 different occasions. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our main problem though was the shower. It was some type of fancy Jacuzzi shower, the problem was the size. You could barely turn around in it.
