Hotel Adler is a very nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is located a few blocks from the main train and bus station (Termini). A metro stop is located right next to the hotel which can give you access to all of Rome's attractions. The quality of the room is excellent for a two star rated hotel.

Last year stayed at Cellini, just upstairs from Adler. That was my first choice, but they quoted me a price that was almost twice as high as last year, so I went with Hotel Adler. The price was 90 Euros, so excellent for Rome. The place occupies the second floor of the building at 5 via Modena, and also part of the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor it is known as Bellesuite, but apparently affiliated to Hotel Adler. Adler is not quite as elegant as Cellini, but we enjoyed an excellent stay !! Both places are off a main hallway, with Cellini's presentation a bit nicer. Otherwise we were treated very well by the front desk staff, who even brought us breakfast since we were unable to have the regular breakfast, because of an early flight. The room was lovely with outsanding cable TV, phone, and bath tub. A first class hotel and superb value ! And of course excellent location a short walk from the train station, with excellent restaurants nearby,

First of all, Price, Staff and location are good, also the rooms are clean. The main Problem is the noise during the night. If your neighbor is taking a shower it sounds like somebody is using a boring machine. Same with the flush. Our 2 neighbors preffered always to shower around midnight or later. The Noise is not a surprise because of the buildings age.
As mentioned the staff is friendly, they helped us to change the room, because in the first night we stayed directly next to the breakfast room, where you could hear every step (wooden floor), talking people, sound of coffee machine beginning from 6, a.m.
Actually that room was really small and not that nice (Room Nr. 205). Finally if you prefer to sleep do not choose this hotel, unless you have deep sleep.

Nice hotel located close to the Republica Metro station. Spacious room, safe, friendly helpful staff, free breakfast, free internet. My only complaint was that the shower didnt drain fast enough.

We loved Adler. The room was large and clean. The stuff was very helpful. Compared to other hotels we stayed in Adler had the best breakfast and it was served on a patio. The hotel is close to all the tourist things we wanted to visit, subway and train stations are within 10 minutes walk.
