My husband and I visited Rome for the 4th time in three years this past October. My husband found the hotel Panda in an article in the New York Times. In looking at the website, I was very concerned. The rooms looked very small and basic. I was fully prepared to get out the credit card once we arrived and book another more suitable hotel. To my surprise, the hotel Panda was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean and nice compared to all the ones we have stayed at in Italy. The location was fabulous, and we hope to stay here again. My Dad also traveled with us on this trip and liked the hotel and Rome as much as we do. This hotel is very close to the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to many tourist sites and the taxi stand. It is a great find!
