when august 2006, me and my family went to rome. and stayed at bianca that was very HELPFUL and SIMPLE. because it's near from roma termini. when u are a tourist, u want to go to museum and other famous building, then u have to take a tour bus. and it's in termini. and the other advantages, when u are going to paris or amsterdam, u just go for walk 10 mnts and u are already in train that go to there. simple.. and for food, i recomended, KEBAB. it's beside the hotel.. nicee.. for facilities? so so, but look at the advantages..

I stayed at the Bianca Hotel for 3 nights in Easter 2007, which is High Season for Rome, for the price of 113 euros /night.
A reasonable price for this hotel would be 50 euros maximum for a double room.
The good thing about the hotel is its very central location (Termini Station, metro, buses etc) and the fact that the rooms, though not very clean, are spacious.
The bad things are the following The staff is highly unhelpful although I was speaking to them in Italian. The breakfast was horrendous, the croissants must have been baked at least a decade ago, the breakfast room was not very clean and the whole atmosphere of the hotel pathetic.
I would not recommend this hotel and I would definitely not stay there another time unless I could not find something relatively cheap nearby.
As a conclusion, 113 euros/night for this hotel is far too much........

We stayed a week at the beginning of March 2007 and we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. We would have appreciated higher light levels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, as much as we could eat. Good location for catching buses to all parts of the city. We would be happy to use this hotel again and recommend it for people who want simple accommodation.

The Bianca is ideally situated near to all the main attractions and is the ideal gateway to enter and leave the eternal city.
Our two couples enjoyed clean spacoius rooms in the quiet area at the rear and enjoyed a hearty breakfast with lashings of superb local coffee. The Bianca is excellent value for money and do try to ignore the doom and gloom merchants who find fault with everything that is not perfect. Remember what you have paid and enjoy

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The room (room 52) was very dated and was not even remotely like the photos in the hotel description. It was quite large, (but that was because it had 3 single beds, not the double room we had requested in our reservation at least two months before arrival). It was not very clean. The cigarette ash tray had ash in it, presumably from a previous visitor or hotel employee. The bathroom door had not been wiped over in a very long time and was dirty. The walls were water-stained and had large, black marks (could have been mould). Large sections of the (obviously old) wallpaper were literally peeling off the wall above the window, hanging down in dinner-plate sized sections. Furnishings were very basic and old. Apart from 3 small bars of soap, no bathroom or shower products were provided. This hotel room was more like a bad room in a down-market boarding house and for what it was, VERY overpriced. We cannot recommend this hotel and certainly will never stay there again.

  • Liked — Proximity to the main railway station
  • Disliked — State of the room - very dilapidated and noticeably unclean.
  • Tips/Secrets: — Avoid the Hotel Bianca - there must be better options available.
