We stayed our last night in Italy at this hotel, on Sept. 26th, 2006. I picked it because of its very close proximity to Termini Station, where we were arriving into from Perugia.
Plus it was all I could get, even booking as far ahead as February!!!; in that price range in that location.
We walked the two blocks with all our luggage with ease.
The hotel is old and run down; but the beds were comfortable and spotless.
The shower did not work, only sprayed out little bursts of water, so you would have to wash in the sink to get clean.
There was however, plenty of hot water there, providing you had not just flushed the toilet!
The hotel is on the first floor of a locked building, but the staff buzz you in 24 hrs a day; so it feels safe in that location.
The staff were very helpful, and helped us book a car for the airport for 04:30 the next morning; gave us a 03:30 wake-up call; and waited at the front door with us at 04:30 so we would not get in the wrong cab or get mugged in the street.
The hotel rooms are in dire need of a face-lift, especially at E120 per night!!; but it was the convenience I was after, and it worked out fine.
I would not stay there again, as I like a working shower; but I want to emphasise that the staff were great, and that was important.
Convenient for the station if that's what you need.
