Absolutely wonderful boutique hotel. Wonderfully attentive staff, spacious and clean rooms (they smelled so great) and nice breakfast. Above all, the location is superb. Less than 200m to the forum. Ten minutes walk to the Piazza Navona and the Metro is close by. Absolutely a must.

Found this hotel on tripadvisor and agree with all of the other reviews. Location was great, staff was very helpful, room clean and most important air conditioned. Breakfast was good and included.

My 33 yr. old daughter and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. Rosanna is just marvelous, she made us feel so welcomed and was very helpful. Breakfast is served to your room, turkish bath next door was great. It is very close to the colliseum, and to the subway. She also made reservations for us at the Villa Borghese, which is worth seeing. The room was nice sized and very clean. I would reccomend this hotel highly.

As a tourist in Rome you have basically two options for hotels, large hotels, swarming with tourists and pulsating with the city's energy or "residence" type hotels which are much smaller, intimate and more of a refuge from the daily storm. At Caesar House you exchange the anonimity of the larger tourist hotels for a more intimate setting and a more personal relationship with staff and fellow guests.

Don't look for a grand entryway, the hotel is on the third floor of a building that houses several other businesses. Street access is through a small door inside a larger double door - in the same way that European access their own apartments. A elevator takes you to the third floor. Delightful, unless you demand a uniformed bellman.

We chose Caesar House based on other reviews here, and were not surprised or disappointed, The location is exceptional. Suggestions from the desk were excellent and the staff really went out of their way to be helpful.

Caesar House will be our home for any future visits to Rome.
