I chose this hotel because of the reviews on Tripadvisor. The reports were true. the hotel was a haven of peace and comfort in a very convenient location for exploring Rome. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and we felt we got the maximum pleasure from our four day trip because of the advice and recommendations we were given. The level of service was exceptional.

Pluses: fabulous breakfast (that could be brought to your room) with boiled eggs and yogurt on top of continental fare; 3 min from Coliseum and Forum, walking distance to everything notable: Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Jewish Ghetto, etc; great service and directions from staff (Rossana was extremely helpful); clean and beautiful rooms with full private bathroom.

Minuses: Price of 230 euro was well worth it but still stunningly high.

NB: As mentioned in all reviews: it is not a hotel with walk in lobby, it is a 3d floor (with lift) of a regular building. You are given the key to the front door and can come and go any time-we found it very convenient.
NB2: It is located on a street that starts at the Central Rail Station; it took us 20 min to walk there with our rolling carry-ons.

Close to Coliseum, can be difficult to find as it is one floor of an old building and not clearly marked. Rooms were modern, breakfast was good. Shower had considerable mildew.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Italy. We found the Casear House Rsidenze to be one of the best hotels. The service by the staff was very personal and they treated you as a friend. You really felt at home.

Rosanna was always friendly and helpful and would take care of anything you needed. Yiuni (maybe bad spelling) was always so cheerful in the morning and made a great coffee!

We would definitely recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a great location, easy access to transportation and restuarants. The hotel was very quiet and was in a great location to see the sights.

We give the staff and hotel an A+!
