“Very Good place ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2013

It was a very good and comfortable place to stay in with a fantastic location...just 10mis from termini. I strongly suggest to whims over who want to walk around n enjoy Rome ... It's the best connected hotel by Metro & Bus.
We stayed for 4 nights ... We had 3night reservations and we wanted to extent it...on Saturday..and most of the hotels were full n costly around termini...but the hotels manager extended it for a very reasonable price!
The breakfast was also good..good for the price!
The best part was...the rooms and the washrooms were very clean, AC was working good and had a small balcony...compete silent and good for fresh air.
Only the manager was not that helpful for locating us good tourist places around Rome.
But best place to stay!

Good value. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location for the price. Stayed 5 nights. Each morning enjoyed my complimentary breakfast at the little cafe next door. Then a quick walk (10 minutes or less depending on how quickly I felt like walking) to Termini station to get anywhere I wanted in Rome. The hotel is not near the tourist attractions, but walking to Termini will get you anywhere in Rome. The neighborhood has a much more "locals" feel too it. One night I was out late and walked all the back from the Spanish Steps at about 0230. When I got back to the neighborhood I felt perfectly safe. I mostly used the hotel to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast in a place convenient to get to Termini. Not a fancy place, and not much in amenities if you want to lounge around the hotel. But if you are like me and want to maximize your time seeing the rest of the city, then this is a good value. I plan to use it again next time I go to Rome

Okay, so we were charged €65 a night.. I think it's a bit much. . But all of Rome seems expensive. 10 min walk to Termini, 1 min walk to laundry and couple restaurants in area. In the morning they have a little markets open which were quite nice.. hotel was budget, but nice enough for a couple nights.. smelt a little bit of mould but you are paying for the location. So easy to get around (and its the main roma termini station too!)..
Nice enough

if you are a eu citizen(including British) take some sort of evidence to places such as colloseum some places give you discounts..

The hotel is close to the Termini so location wise it is perfect. You need to remember hotels in Europe are not necessarily what you think they may be. It was a bit confusing when we first got there to find reception. You have a couple of steps/ramp then go onto another landing up a very short set of steps and onto the first floor there is reception and the lift to other floors. We had a friendly welcome and quick check in. We were on the 3rd floor and our room was a little tired but spotlessly clean with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was small but perfectly adaquate and to be honest have seen much worse, Plenty of hot water and towels changed every day. The room has a fridge which was a godsend in the high temps. There are no tea/coffee making facilities so a travel kettle is a good idea. There is a supermarket within a 5 min walk. There is also a market everyday apart from Sunday round the corner so we used them to get fresh cut fruit every morning : )). So in conclusion if it is 5* facilities you are looking for this is not the Hotel for you but if you want a clean, comfortable base for your trip then this place is definitly worth a look .

We stayed here on an interrailing trip across Europe, having managed to get a very cheap double room for four nights. The location isn't in the nicest area but it's easy to get around from so we weren't too bothered. The aircon was especially useful as it was reaching 40 degC outside! However, the walls were paper thin and we had some very irritating neighbours who seemed to keep knocking on their wall every time we were anything above quiet. It was quite an old and grubby place, but for the amount we paid it was more than worth it.

This hotel is a 10 min walk from Termini, in an area that would be classed as one of the worst in rome, however even though it doesn't appear too good, i never experienced or seen any problems during my time in the area.
The Hotel itself is located on the first floor of a shared building, requiring you to go to the first floor reception via the stairs as the lift is only available from the first floor.
I know this was a 2* hotel, and the standards would be low, but the below issues should not be experienced and appears the hotel doesn't care enough. We checked in without any problems, but our problems started when we got to our room. The room didn't appear to have been cleaned before our arrival, and there was no towels or toilet paper in the room. We asked for towels when we left for the day, however on arrival in the evening there was still no towels so had to go ask again. We then went to use the shower, but the shower hook on the wall was broke so, the shower head had to be hand held to be used The basin also had no plug, so we couldn't fill the basin with water. We noticed the air conditioning was very noisey. Was noticed even more in the silence of the night. There was no controls on the unit or a remote to turn it off and when it automatically increased intensity, it felt like the room was vibrating. We didn't use the TV, mainly because there was open wires hanging from the wall socket that didn't look too safe. I won't be back to this hotel.

good loction, near Termini Station (approx. 10 min with the luggage); thin walls so if you have any problems with sleeping: watch out :) no breakfast but below there is a lovely cafe bar with charming stuff :)
