“The worst hotel i ever stayed in.”

I booked a twin room for me and my daughter, we got a double room. The tv remote was redundant as ther was only 1 chanel, cartoons in Italian. The lift was marginally better than useless. Where was the bar? I couldn't stop scratching and found i had been bitten during the first night. Staff less than helpful. Never ever again.
