Cosmos Tour used this hotel in Rome, but is very far from the city, we got confused how to use the bus, because you need to get a ticket first from one of the Newspaper Stand.

The rooms are old but well-kept, good thing, the roomboys are very nice to help us. The Receptionists are not that helpful, they should fire them all!!!

Breakfast Time was pandemonium since their restaurant is in the ground floor and it was full, plus all Tour Groups are having their meal on the same time! Maybe they should have another one for other groups when they know that the hotel is full...

The hotel is too far out of the city centre and not at all 4 star standard. The bus service was ok, but taxi's are untrustworthy and expensive.
The hotel is very basic and the room was quite small. The bathroom was very cramped. Only Eurosport and News channels available in English.
The staff were truly awful and extremely unhelpful which made our holiday more difficult and not as stress-free as we'd have liked.
The breakfast was adequate but nothing special and the waiters were loud and miserable.
Only stay here if you are desperate to go to Rome and have no other place to stay.

it is true that the hotel is far from the center. it is about 15 mins by bus and then by metro. but the rest was fine, nice room, excellent service and people at the reception that spoke really good English. in other Italian hotels we stayed at during excurcson tour around Italy there were problems with English speaking staff. good dinners. nearby there is a cheap supermarket. i stayed at the hotel three nights and it was not noisy. i was suprised to read so much about noise in the reviews. good 4 star hotel

If you are a big guy, probably you have to demolish the bath room to get in. The rooms are smaller than a cruise stateroom. The hotel is located so far of Rome center. You have two choices to get the center, first pay a taxi $25 or walk half a mile to the nearest bus station, have a trip of about 30 min or more and then walk another half mile to take the metro to get colisseum or Piazza de Spagna. (1hour more or less)
The hotel is not quiet as they said. You can hear at 1am the garbage truck collecting the garbage container located in front of the hotel. And the best is that you don't need the TV (all italian channel) because you can hear the couples making love in the contiguous room.

The A/C is not working because the outside temp is below 70, but you can open the window or the balcony door....
