The staff are friendly & speaks English very well. While checking in, I asked to have a wireless internet access room. I also pre-paid for the 4 days I was there. I stayed in room 309.
The room is not in the nicest of conditions. I've seen hostels better than this. I had a double bed with a view of residential flats. The heater in the room worked nicely and the bathroom was ok. The room itself had dirty walls with things I won't mention and the carpet was very dirty. In a 4 star hotel, normally you have a fridge. There was space for one, but this room didn't have a fridge. The TV was pathetic. My laptop screen is bigger than the TV. I didn't even bother to put it on. On the other hand, I liked the fact that the housemaid replaced all the toiletries during the 2 days I was in this room. I've been to many hotels where don’t replace them.
After the 2nd day I changed to room 201, where I had wireless connection. It had 2 single beds pushed together and the room itself was smaller than room 309. The housemaid on this floor didn't replace the toiletries. I also didn't have a fridge. My colleague told me he had one in his room (301), but it wasn't plugged and there was nothing in there.
The nearest metro is Cornelia, which is about 7 minute walk. In this aspect I guess you can say the location is good. The breakfast was also ok. They have scrambled eggs and pastries.
Overall, I would return for business or pleasure again, but only with my colleague since he seems to like. There's limited free parking. I, on the other hand, would opt for other hotels.
