The location of this hotel is amazing - just off the main shopping street Via del Corso, in an area filled with restaurants and cafes, and a few minutes walk to the metro station located near the Spanish Steps. Sights like the Trevi fountain or the Pantheon are an easy 10-15 minute walk away.
The staff at the hotel speak good English and were very friendly and courteous. We had out bags carried around the corner to the Vivaldi suites, which had clean stylish rooms and a beautiful breakfast room with a large and tasty buffet. The hotel Mozart had a rooftop terrace which is open all day, despite the bar only being open in the evenings. I found the terrace to be excellent when I wanted to chill out without being tucked away in my room, and very nice for a drink and a snack in the evenings.
There were no negatives to my stay. The staff booked our taxi to the airport for us (€48), our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the rooftop terrace was wonderful, the location is amazing and for Europe the hotel room was a decent size with good air con, a fridge, a big bathroom and a safe big enough for all my valuables. We also bought our Rome Pass from the lobby and found it to be very worthwhile and convenient.
The only problem I had was that I couldn't connect to the hotel's free wifi from my room. However, I didn't stay in my room for very long so it wasn't really an issue. There's plenty of cafes with free wifi so the signal around the city in general is good enough to use whilst out and about.
The bottom line: I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I ever return to Rome, and I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
