This hotel is located on Via del Tritone just 2 blocks or so from the Trevi Fountain, and very close to the Spanish Steps. The Pantheon and Piazza Navona are a very short walk (5-10) minutes, and the Forum and Colisseum are an easy 15 minute walk. The hotel building dates from the 13th century but has modern amenities including an elevator and very good air conditioning. Breakfast is also included. The rooms are tastefully decorated with fabric covering the walls, beautiful glass light fixtures, and marble floors in the bathroom. There is a self service laundry 1 block away. The staff were always helpful with restaurant and shopping suggestions.

When me and my wife saw the hotel we laugh about it everything is so small, but it was perfect for the area it is in. The tour bus is right down the street, metro train on the corner, and the attraction are down the streets.Breakfest was good we enjoy it, we were able to hop on buses and take tours around the city.We took walks at night to see the city it was great.the rooms were small to me but we didn't spend that much time there, the staff was very helpful to us,we would come back to this hotel again if we come back to roma

We were travelling with my sister and her husband. We had rooms 22 and 23 which share an tiny, secluded terrace. It was a great little place to sit and unwind for a few minutes. There is a church next door and each afternoon we could hear a choir singing. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were fine. Coffee....well....was ok. If you stay there...be sure to try the Trattoria dei Tritone, its just across the street to the right.

My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel during our trip to Italy, and were happy with our stay. Our room was bigger than I expected and clean, and since it was on the fourth floor, the lift helped tremendously, even though it was very small. The bathroom was also clean, but the shower was tiny and the drain didn't seem to be functioning properly, so we ended up with water spilling out all over the floor every morning. The food at breakfast was nothing too fancy, but more than adequate, and the breakfast room itself was nice. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The location was very good, which was the main reason I chose it. We walked from the train station, and that was a little longer than I had planned, so we took the metro back, which worked much better, and the metro stop is very close. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is wonderful. I can highly recommend Room #23. It has two double beds, a little sitting area, nice bathroom--even though we never fully mastered the shower--and French doors open on to a lovely little patio. Other reviewers were right about the coffee in the breakfast room--which was instant--and not good. But the hotel was clean, charming, great location, nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful and kind staff. One afternoon we returned to the hotel, drenched from the rain, and we called and received a nice pot of tea--at no charge. We even discovered a little local color: that the owners pay rent to the Vatican as the building was once a monastery. Just nod to the Sisters as they pass and say, Buongiorno!
