The Exedra was a bit of a disappointment. Arrived late on a Friday past midnight and hungry. No menu in the room and after the menu was delivered we got a reheated piece of dry pizza with a few slices of ham on top as an overpriced 'prosciutto pizza'. Also, although the room had high ceilings it was still very small - especially given the fact that I had called the front desk in advance to ask about differences in rooms and was told: "All our rooms are very big, starting at 30m2 so there should not be considerable differences in what you book". The worst part was the deplorable breakfast service where, as someone mentionned, the staff seemed to be 'bothered' to have to serve/set tables for people walking in. Although my experience at the front desk was pleasant enough, the hotel definitely does not live up to its 5* rating in terms of service.
