This is the second time to visit this hotel, It is really beautiful and lives up to it's 5 star rating. Pure luxury. The roof top swimming pool is very relaxing on a summers day. Very handy to main station, love this hotel.

This was our 2nd stay in the hotel, and thought at the first time maybe it was summer and that is why they were not their standard , but apprently this is their typical behaviour When arrived , they put us in a small room, which was not what we booked, after 1/2 discussions they changed the room to another with a horoble view, facing hotel machines.
Any time you get to the breakfast room, they look at you and stay arround as if they just want you to leave,
Resptionest very rude, and very unhelpfull.I would not stay again and will not recommand it

I've been to Rome at least 10 times and always stay at the cheaper mom-pop hotels near termini. This time I wanted a little luxury so I stayed "5star". I booked in March and got a "deluxe" room for half price. When I was checking in the person at the desk seemed a bit puzzled by the price, but said it was a deluxe room. What they gave me was a filthy room overlooking the delivery dock. I went back to the desk and said this was not "deluxe", they gave me another room but they were charging me 175euros more. When I got to that room it had no air conditioning . (I should note that I used English upon check in and the staff had no idea that I speak perfect Italian... so the entire time they were talking in Italian about what to do about me and the low price I had paid.) When I finally "blew-up" , in perfect Neopolitian-italian, the head consierge took over and gave me an exceptable room at the original price at which I had booked.
Moreover, the breakfast was a joke compared with other hotels I've been to in Italy and the staff in the dining room seemed in a daze... more over the majority spoke little or no Italian and very bad English.
My advice, stay at the smaller hotels and you'll enjoy your stay the Roman way.

Fabulous location - rooms are excellent, very spacious and luxurious.

Food and drink also excellent - v highly recommended!
