Our group of three stayed at the Internazionale Domus in Rome for two nights, 1 night at the beginning of our holiday in Italy and 1 night at the end. The hotel is in a great location about half a city block from the Spanish Steps. We had two different "triple" rooms and they were both tastefully furnished and clean. Given the area the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Service at the hotel was excellent ... we visited 3 restaurants on the advice of the staff and each one was great. The hotel organized having a driver pick us up at the airport and take us back to the airport for our return flight. The hotel also reserved a tour with a driver around Rome which was terrific especially considering our short stay in the city. We loved the hotel and staff and thought it was very good value ... highly recommended.

After sampling many hotel rooms and apartments in Rome, finally we have a solution to the overpriced Rome hotel scene. There is a huge disparity in quality between the fashionable five star hotels and the more affordable small hotels. The Internazionale Domus and sister property, Relais Pierret ,located in the same building, deliver a spacious, comfortable and attractive room or apartment at a reasonable price. The staff is warm and welcoming and eager to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. We were barely concious of other guests in the building and felt like Roman residents returning home to our fashionable address next to the Piazza de Spagna. While this arrangement lacks many services of a large hotel, it more than compensates with it's charm and intimate feel. I don't think you will be disappointed!

I selfishishly don't want to share this gem in Rome; however, the Internazionale Domus deserves a great review. After having researched and seen many, many hotels and apartments, I have found THE place to stay in Rome.
My husband and I, and our closest friends, who have spent alot of time in Rome, just spent a week at the Internazionale Domus. I felt as though we had our own palazzo in Rome. The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. The view is fantastic. The staff, including Giulia, Elisabetta and Daniele, are darling and could not be more accommodating.
It's perfect for all ages. I look forward to returning soon with our teenaged daughters, and on another trip with my siblings and our mother.

What a wonderful find. Located in an historic building in Piazza d'Espagna, our suite was clean, comfortable, elegantly appointed and beautifully maintained and serviced. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful at all times, anticipating our needs and accommodating them flawlessly. Perhaps the most fun of all was entering the building through massive wooden doors in the Piazza, and then overlooking the Spanish Steps from our room. We felt like Roman aristocrats for a very reasonable price! Highly, highly recommended!

We stayed in the Boticelli apartment which has 1 double bedroom, 1 single & a lounge with sofa bed. The double room was huge and also included a cot which we requested. The room also had a dressing table, TV, plenty of wardrobes, a safe & a large window overlooking the spanish steps. The single room was also good size. The single bed also had another bed underneath it so the room could fit 2 adults. This room also had a dressing table & a large window overlooking the spanish steps. The bathroom was ample and clean. The lounge wasn't large ubt had a double sofa bed, a smaller sofa bad and a flat screen TV. There was also a balcony off the lounge which had a table & chairs and overlooked the spanish steps again!
The kitchen was good size and included table, chairs, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, crackers/biscuits etc...

We weren't expecting so much space - it was fantastic! My 18 month old loved running around the apartment.

The ceilings were high and the sefvice was good. The staff worked 9am-9pm but that worked out fine for us. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and the maid service was excellent!

I have nothing bad to say. I would definately stay there again!!
