Just got back from long romantic weekend away, we loved rome and this hotel it is perfect. Just a short bus trip away from the city centre. We found the rooms clean an tidy well spacious an all facilities needed wer there towels etc. The Reception staff was friendly and helpful towards us for booking taxis and also giving us guidance of where to go, basically any help you needed you could feel comfortable talkin to them. The only slight negativity of the hotel was the breakfast it was continental which there wasnt much choice an you felt there could of been a bit more variety. I would reccomend this hotel to any tourist though for a pleasant welcome stay worthy of 4 stars.

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet residential area just outside of the centre of Rome.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful, there was a free shuttle into town each day (needs booking at the desk day before)
Breakfast is plentiful, typical for europe and quite adequate
Free internet, a clean spacious room ,fresh bedlinen every day, and all for a lot less than the cost of something in the city centre.
There is a very frequent bus service into town which is cramped but not unpleasant (this is just the Roman way of life)
Locally there are some good restaurants with a real Italian menu but not at tourist prices.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

1) This Hotel is just perfect to travel from the Roma Termini Station by Bus No.36 & 90. 90 is better bus as it takes fewer halts. From the Sempioni Bus Stop, Hotel is 7 Mins Walk.
2) No.36, 60 & 90 takes you to the City Center, Colosseum, Vatican Centre (Check for Exact Bus Routes with reception)
3) Reception Staff - I frankly did not like them. Their attitude was very very bad. But does not matter to me.
4) Breakfast was European and I prefer American. So I did not like it
5) 24x7 Computer & Internet Available
6) Lot of Grocery Shops around to pick up your own food (All close by 6 pm)
7) Rooms excellent. Bathroom excellent
8) Staff was good and helpful
9) Reception was helpful to plan our day trips

This is an average hotel, probably 3*. The room we had was spacious enough, plenty of room to manoevre and was very clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was adequate, continental style and always a seat in the breakfast room. Noise does travel though due to the hard wood floors. It wasn't so intrusive that we couldn't sleep, but you could definitely hear doors banging, people walking about and we could hear the shower going in the room above us. Our main concern was its location. It probably wasn't that far from the centre but the trafic was appalling, so on average it took 25-30 mins to get in to town and on some days as long as 40 mins and the buses are often jam packed, so it wasn't a pleasant journey. However, a day pass only costs 4 euros and is good for the whole day buses and metro (buy a ticket in the shop at the bottom of the street).
We got to the hotel by bus also. We bought a coach ticket from a booth in the airport (8 euros) which took us to Termini and then a bus (no.90) from termini to Sempione (1 euro). From the bus stop walk up the hill on the left, only a few mins walk, though its not that well signposted as others had suggested. It was dark when we arrived, but we felt safe. All in all its not a bad hotel, but not close enough to the centre for us.
