We were given excellent directions to this beautifully decorated and clean guest house. The manager was extremely helpful and flexible. In a lovely area close to everything, perfect for people who like to explore a city by walking around, but also right on a bus line which runs right throught the city. The room was fresh and clean with a lot of space, storage and our own sink. Our bathroom was external to our room but was only used by us. For me this added to the charm of the place but it is possible to get a room with adjoining bathroom if that's a priority, albeit for a higher price. The rate was very good and there are lovely little cafes/restaurants right down stairs. I would definitely stay here again if in Rome. Thank you!

A comfortable, nicely decorated place to stay that was very convenient to many places of interest within walking distance. Lovely owner who was kind and helpful. Above all clean!

Very nice room in a great area . Can be niosy on a Saturday night but the best thing to do is stay up late and realy enjoy yourself.

I stayed here for a couple of days with my girlfriend in June 2004. The area was great, so much more relaxed than the rest of Rome. It's on a cobbled street lined with small, quirky bars and restaurants, and we ate one of the best meals of our fortnight in the place a few doors down. The room itself is not your average hotel suite. It's small, but on a split level, so the bed is up a spiral staircase beneath dark wooden beams. There's a power shower downstairs and a telly and sofa, and with breakfast being served in the friendly cafe across the road (you're given vouchers) you really feel like you're just in your own flat. The owners are friendly and unobtrusive, all in all a great little sanctuary away from the bustle of the city. I've recommended it to all my friends.
