The Hotel Aleph was a bit of a dissapointment for us, you are probaby better off going to price line and putting in a price for a 4 star hotel than staying at the Aleph. Below is my honest assesment. It is closer to a 3 star hotel vs 4 star.
Lobby
Lobby is cool and they have a happy hour from 4-7 pm, drinks are roughly $12 Euros at happy hour (check your bill though because sometimes they don't put the happy hour prices on).
Food
We didn't eat at the hotel, breakfast buffet was $30 Euros and if you want room service - forget it, the delivery charge is $20 Euros - that is crazy!
Extras
Internet in the room is $29 Euros a day
Movies in the room at $20 Euros
Service
For the most part people are friencly, however, there was one guy on the night shift behind the desk and he was the rudest person I have met in all of my travels. We asked for recommendations for places (there is no conceirage) and it was a bit of a struggle to get him to write it down. OUr television in our room was broken, we asked him to send someone to service it, when we got back and asked if they managed to fix the television he just said 'no' - at a certain point it became comical. we asked for information about the spa at the hotel (there was no brochure) and he was very unhelpful... anyway, the service really was not great.
Rooms
The rooms are average, the queen/king beds are 2 twins pushed together. The bathrooms are nice and modern.
Gym/Spa
The gym is very limited and its by the spa desk/change room. The gym has maybe 4-5 machines, one bench and a few free weights.
