My Father recently booked this hotel for me and my family and I can't give it enough credit, it was truly perfect. As a family we had come away for an October break and the hotel hooked us up with the fifth floor suite as it was my parents 25th wedding anniversary and the terrace that came with the suite was unbelievable and you could stay there for hours simply looking over Rome and you could see the top of the Vatican from there also.
Honestly I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent staff service, an amazing unlimited breakfast, views and the location was sport on, with restaurants and shops minutes away, although it was not noisy which was great.
If all of us had the chance to go back we wouldn't hesitate; opening the shutters up in the morning and looking over Rome is a sight you will never forget. It is truly an experience you have to go for!!

In a bustling, intense city like Rome it is a real bonus to have a hotel quietly tucked away on a narrow back street.....slept wonderfully here! It is also very well located, as others have mentioned.....easy walks to all major sites and minutes to good restaurants, cafes and enotecas.

The decor and amenities are basic. We found our room to be very spacious, including the bathroom. We had a small terrace with French doors leading out from both the bedroom and sitting area....shared with neighbours who smoked!

The front desk staff were for the most part courteous and helpful . We enjoyed the nearby restaurant that they recommended.

My new husband and I recently spent 4 nights at the Ponte Sisto during our honeymoon. It was a wonderful place to stay! We had no problems checking in, and our hotel room was really gorgeous. we had a beautiful balcony, from which we had a great view of the city over to St. Peters. It was really lovely. My only complaint about the room was that there was no stand up shower, but fortunately, I knew that going in.
The location of the hotel is really amazing. We were close to the Campo de Fiori and the Piazza Novona, which were amazing squares with many good restaurants. From the hotel, we were able to walk to the Vatican, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Circus Maximus. Plus, we were right across the river from Trastevere, which also had the most wonderful places to eat!
I really loved this hotel. It was clean, chic and quiet - despite how noisy Rome can be. I would recommend it to anyone.

We spent three nights in this hotel in mid September. When booking I had mentioned it was for our 25th wedding anniversary and on arrival there was a complimentary bottle of champagne.
The standard double room was a reasonable size with enough storage and there was a huge bathroom. The bed was firm and comfortable. As the weather was around 25 C the air condtioning was fine. There was plenty for breakfast and catered for all tastes from cereals, fruits and pastries to scrambled eggs, sausages & bacon.
The location was a big bonus. We walked everywhere from the hotel and enjoyed the character of the local narrow streets. Every evening we walked over the bridge to have dinner in one of the many places in Trastevere which were good value.
We shopped for fresh bread, fruit and meats in the little supermarket a few doors up so that we could eat cheaply at lunch time. It was safe to fill up a water bottle from the many fountains around the city.
The only down side was the cost and if we were returning with our children then i dont think we could afford to stay here but as a special weekend get away for the two of us it was ideal.

I booked a 3 night stay in a double room with a put-up bed for our son. On arrival we were upgraded to a big suite – excellent start.

Staff were uniformly courteous and helpful.

Lovely, peaceful courtyard to retreat into; fantastic central location.

Rooms very clean; decor a bit fusty, but this doesn't adverstise itself as a boutique hotel.

Highy recommended,
