Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quiet, but carpets are quite dirty. No maid service one day. Apparently if you don't put the "clean my room" sign on the door, they don't. Simple breakfast of rolls, cereal, and some cold cuts- no eggs, bacon, or sausage, which is a little surprising for a 4-star hotel.

Definetly not 4 star but acceptable as a 3 star offering. Like others on Tripadvisor my room was moldy due to poor ventilation and the bedding very old and the mattress past it' best. Breakfast OK but nothing special - avoid the coffee at all cost ! Not 400m from nearest metro (Bologna) as advertised - more like 1km but still in walking distance. Situated in the university area - but not the best part of it - mostly auto works surrounding you. If you need to be central with immediate acess to Rome's attractions this is not the area to be.

That said the staff were friendly enough and the rooms clean and neat ! Would recommend it but not for sightseeing in Rome - also compare their rates with other 3 stars before booking here.

These guys are very crooked... they don't have any kind of extra services that a 4 star hotel should have. Their on sight Parking is a person next door that will charge you $30 for 5 hours of parking. Their airport service will cost you about $100 where you can get a cab for about $40. They have breakfast that is as simple as toast and milk. They have no exchange service. Their employees are rude. Their rooms are dirty. Their carpet is dirty, and needs updating. Their Air Conditioning Does Not Work. I would never subject any one else to stay at this hotel... don't throw your money away... stay at a real 4 Star Hotel. Very Crooked People.

The first impressions did not match the expectations of the hotels website. A tired feel to the hotel. The rooms had a dark, damp feel to them and the bathroom shower was not up to standard. The rooftop breakfast offered little choice and there was only one member of staff who was frantically trying to do the job of three. The views were just of other Rome apartments.
The only positive parts of the hotel were the reasonably priced minibar, complimentary soaps and shower gels and the fact it was only 5 mins walk from the metro.
This hotel overall was overpriced, tired and was only just the standard of a 3star hotel, never a 4star as advertised.
I stayed in another 4star hotel in Rome during my time there and there was no comparision.
