Just came back from Rome and very impressed with Rome,its history and culture heritage! Fantastic shops and even the weather in this period which i advise becouse its so beatiful all aroud before Christmas!! Not so many turists aroud, i felt very comfortable while walking around the city. The staff in the hotel was so courteous with me, helped me to find russian-speaking giude and russian tours to Rome and to Napoli. Only positive emotions from all my trip!

I ve decided with my BF to spend few days in Rome, my favourite city!
I ve been in Rome many times, when I ve a moment I always try to come here.
This time I booked this hotel in internet and I was so happy with iy.
Centrally located, beautiful large room and great staff.
Moreover we found a very convenient price for the room.
We spent 4 nights in this lovely city, dining out, walking around the narrow streets of the center, and shopping...for sure!
The hotel is next to Via del Corso and Via Condotti, where to find the best shops of Rome and the best italian labels.
Surely it was good to choose this hotel.

It was hot in Rome and the hotel was not at all prepared with the airconditioning. They have this standalone AC in the room with a huge duct going out of the window (because of which you cannot close the window). ACs were totally ineffective and it was unbearably hot. To add to this toilet flush was not working. We saw atleast 4 rooms before settling on a room with a "new" AC (which wasn't any good either). So I guess we can say that it was not "problem with a particular room" but decadence in general.
I wanted a smoking room, was told that the whole hotel is non smoking but "if you smoke, we don't know" !!!!

Stay clear of this place. Not at all worth the money you will pay.

I truly felt from the first moment I walked to that front desk that I was simply inconveniencing the staff. I did not find one staff member at this hotel that would even attempt crack a smile, or be even half pleasant. They were down right rude.

The building shown on the picture is not really the whole truth. The so called 'hotel' is burried up on the top floor of this residential building, with very bad and frustrating signage. It took a while just to find where it actually is.

The hallway in the hotel start nice and wide, then turn into a narrow white, hospital like corridor you can barely get your suitcase through.

There was absolutely no decor in the room... it felt more like a dorm room... meaning white wash dirty walls without even one picture on he wall. For $175 Euros, I was expecting way more.

The bathroom was dirty, with the last guests hair all over the floor... disgusting! Vanity shelf was broken off and there was black mold all around the corners of the shower.

The WIFI internet does not work in the room... only in the lobby and it only worked the first day. Following days it was down and I was told by the staff that it's not their problem, to call tech support my self.

The breakfast was not bad but not one piece of fruit to be found anywhere... even a banana would have been great.

The keys on the room door are from the turn of the century and can easily be opened with probably a bread knife, so I did not feel the my belongings were secure at all.

Location was decent and I would give that the only upside. Otherwise I would stay clear of this place. Truly a very disappointing experience.
