We've just returned from a long weekend in the Hotel Della Torre Argentina. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere easily. The room was more than we expected – big enough, comfortable, quite, and clean - Excellent value.
The staff was nice, helpful, spoke good English and did their best.
The breakfast buffet is varied and gives you a good start for the day.
We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends

Great 3* hotel, near the main the top attractions in Rome, Colloseum, Piazza Navona, Pantheon.
The rooms are smal, but very clean.
For a weekend I tinhk is one of the best in Rome, not to expensive with a great location

I stayed in this hotel just a few days ago. The location is great, especially as Rome is a good walking city. However, that leads to other problems. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, so thousands of people wait for the bus over the course of the day right there. On Saturday night, someone broke into my hotel room. They went through all of my belongings looking for money. When I told the reception desk about this, the one person working said, "Mi dispiace." (I'm sorry). They did nothing to check the security of my room, as I asked, nor did they make an effort to compensate me (until I checked out and the person on duty then gave me 20 euros off - which kind of offended me). The hotel room itself was somewhat dirty - especially the bathroom floor and sink - and nothing special, but a good size. If not for the lack of response from the receptionist regarding my situation, I would have rated this hotel higher. But that kind of hands-off reluctant attitude towards guests is something I think is very regrettable from a hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2008 for two nights and arrived by car.

The hotel does not have its own parking but has an arrangement with a nearby garage (payment through hotel). It is not easy to find but the porter came along in the car to show where is was. On the brief walk back to the hotel he was full of tips on the city. When returning to the Hotel all the check-in arrangements had been completed and we could head straight into the city. A very pleasant welcome to the Hotel.

The location is really unbeatable, in the centre between Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. All of these sights were not more than a few minutes on foot.

The room was not very large but clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very large and also clean. Facilities were up to par (pay tv, internet etc.). The windows were very well insulated to keep out the city noise.

In short, a very pleasant stay in the very centre of Rome. It is nice to see a hotel not abusing its amazing location! It is formally a three star but I have stayed in a few 4 star hotels that would score a lot less.
