We stayed at this hotel in October 2008 for two nights and arrived by car.

The hotel does not have its own parking but has an arrangement with a nearby garage (payment through hotel). It is not easy to find but the porter came along in the car to show where is was. On the brief walk back to the hotel he was full of tips on the city. When returning to the Hotel all the check-in arrangements had been completed and we could head straight into the city. A very pleasant welcome to the Hotel.

The location is really unbeatable, in the centre between Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. All of these sights were not more than a few minutes on foot.

The room was not very large but clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very large and also clean. Facilities were up to par (pay tv, internet etc.). The windows were very well insulated to keep out the city noise.

In short, a very pleasant stay in the very centre of Rome. It is nice to see a hotel not abusing its amazing location! It is formally a three star but I have stayed in a few 4 star hotels that would score a lot less.

Superb hotel and the employees were wonderful.

We had just left a previous hotel in Rome which was terrible and checked into the Della Torre Argentina late and on spec. The manager was superb and let us view the room before we checked in; his attitude was simply amazing.

The room was superb and breakfast very nice. The location of the hotel couldn't be bettered, although our room overlooked the main road so it was a little noisy.

If we visit Rome again we would definitely stay here.

Perfect location, just a stroll from Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, Trastevere, .... Great hotel, good service, good clean rooms, great breakfast). This hotel is our second home, as Rome is indeed our second home city !
There's a busstation in front of the hotel, the rooms at the front side (despite the double glass insulation) have to deal with trafific noise. But from approx. 22.00 to 07.30 hours it's no problem at all.

This was a great value in an excellent location, right in the heart of Rome. The rooms were clean if a little small and all the various stuff worked (a miracle for Italy, in my experience). The staff were patient, helpful and did their best in whatever language you cared to try. If you are looking for cheap, this isn't it, but if you are in Rome for less than a week, take my advice and stay here - don't spend all your time on a bus or train. The Campo de Fiori and other great hot-spots are nearby, but not on your back porch, and most of Rome is easily walkable from here. The breakfast was also excellent, and had something for every pallet.
