Hotel is very close to Central Train Station. Finding it may be a little bit tricky as it shares the building with a couple of other hotels. Service is ok. Room is clean. There really isn't much negatives about this hotel, and overall it is a very good choice for travellers on a budget.

This hotel is sufficient, especially if you're on a budget (nothing is cheap in Rome!) and is even better if you're not spending much time in the room. Location is within walking distance of the Termini (train station) and about 15 mins walk to Ancient Rome. The room was quite small but breakfast was good and the staff very helpful.

We spent 2 nights in March 2006 staying at the cuadruple room. The room was big enough for a family of 4, the washroom renovated and the continental breakfast fantastic because you can order real capuccino. The people in charge are incredibly nice and helpfull. The hotel is located on the 4th floor of an old building, you have to put atention to the sign on the street, but it is 2 minutes from the Termini. Make the reservation at their site directly. For 118 euro for 4 people with such a breakfast it is a very good value.

The worst thing about this hotel is the access to it but once you reach the 4th. floor it is quite pleasant. My single room was nicely furnished , had air conditioning, and was quiet being at the rear of the building. The bathroom was excellent.The only thing wrong with the room was the lack of a remote for the t.v.
Breakfast was disappointing. I was also less than impressed by a small notice at reception which said "THE HOTEL STAFF EXPECT TO BE TIPPED"
The surrounding area is certainly not the most attractive part of Rome but it is convenient for public transport and has lots of restaurants. If all you want is a good room near the station this hotel fits the bill.
