Very centrally located (Stazione Temini just across the street - therefore public transport easily reachable).Reception staff very helpful. Rooms are small but comfortable and with functionable air conditioner - a must because it was very hot. Rooms are on 4th & 5th floors and reachable (a matter of speech) by 2 very slow lifts that scare the life out of you every time you use them (making a lot of sounds etc. Sometimes we preferred climbing the stairs . Breakfast was good a continental buffet + ham & cheeses. On the whole we had an adequate 4 night stay.

My husband and I came here to Rome for our Honeymoon in October 2009. We are from Ontario Canada.
As far as a 3 star here in Canada and in Rome it is a little different. The bathroom was awesome, always hot running water. The marble/granite in the bathroom was beautiful and also followed through into the room. Cherry wood was very pretty. No bugs at all in room 105. You could see a little wear in the coronors of the room but still very clean and bright. Room was smaller but really all we needed as we were out and about in Rome a lot. Front desk staff were always nice bright and smiling! Although between 9-11 they are busy as a lot of guests are checking out.
Breakfast was way better than expected, meat, cheese, hard boiled eggs, crossiants(which were amazing), toast, cereal of 3 kinds, sometimes fruit, tea, coffee, juice of 4 kinds. You can also ask them to bring expresso to your table also.
This hotel is very quiet even though it is right across from the Termini(train station). We felt very safe staying here and would so again for sure!
Issues: the phone in the room did not work! We told them a number of times and the phone would work for 2 days and then go dead again. Positive is that the front desk attendants were very nice and helpful and would always let us use their phone or call the numbers for us.
This hotel is right in the heart of Rome. 15 Min away from Colessum, 20-25 from Pantheon and Trivi Fountian. about 60 Min walk from the Vatican City. We did lots of walking and you can get around by bus but we wanted to explore the city our selves.
Again we had a really good time and would consider this hotel again.

Stayed with Mum & 2 sisters so needed a large room. Mum can have difficulty walking at times so convenience to the station was a must. as our flight was arriving late at night and we wanted somewhere close to the station as we had to buy tickets for a train leaving at 8am the next morning. After reading mixed reports we were nervous about booking so only booked the first night and chose somewhere else for the 2 nights before our return flight home. We were delighted when we arrived to find the room was large and the bathroom was nearly larger! One of the 4 single beds needed a new mattress but the other 3 were fine. Would have been happy to stay here on our return. Staff were courteous and helpful and the lift was convenient to the lobby. Breakfast was fine.. usual continental fare of croissants, fruit, juice etc. I suppose we all have different expectations but the hotel was clean, friendly & comfortable, and considering there is so much to see in Rome that long periods of time in the room are not neccessary, I think this hotel should satisfy anyones needs.
