Location - Can't be beat and the main selling feature of this hotel. Centrally located within easy walking distance to all of Rome's main tourist attractions within 20 minutes or so. There is also a bus stop half a block away. The entrance is a little non-descript and you have to watch for it. Then in a narrow hallway and up one flight of stairs.

Staff - Super friendly and very helpful, with a good command of English.

Rooms - Depending on the room type you'll find these rooms to be on the small side. However that's typical of Rome and in particular the old quarter of the city. You'll feel pretty snug but they've still managed to fit in a full queen bed which is the main thing. There is good air conditioning which is a real plus. The only bugaboo is the bathroom which could use a little TLC.

Dining - There is no restaurant in the hotel but typically your room charge will include breakfast at a bistro around the corner. Also Piazza Navona is around that same corner with many dining options to hand.

Overall - Great little hotel with a stellar location.

Nice clean B&B. in a brilliant location, two minutes from Piazza Navona, 15 mins from the Vatican, and a half hours walk to the Colosseum.
Staff are very helpful, friendly, and when we had a slight problem with our room, it was fixed very quickly without us even noticing. Breakfast is served around the corner at Mariotti's, and is very nice. (Coffee, egg on toast, croissant and OJ) The room was clean and the air con worked well. The bathroom suit is new, and always plenty of hot water. We had a room on the inside of the building with a small courtyard outside. This helped with keeping the noise down to hardly anything considering the location.
Good pizza round the corner and a Grom ice cream shop within throwing distance.
If you wanted a hotel room in this location, and to the same high standard. I think you would have to pay another £100 a night!
I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to friends and family. :-)

We spent 1 night here on route to Venice. As are most addresses in Rome, locating the building is a bit tricky, but our taxi found it without delay. Although our room was small, the location and staff made up for it 10 fold. Piazza Navona and its fabulous views, merchants and restaurants is around the corner. Its an easy walk to the Vatican, the Angels & Demons tour starting point and the many picturesque bridges. The staff was amazing and so interested in making sure our stay at the hotel and our visit to Rome was what we hoped it would be. Very typical for these boutique style hotels, there were no elevators but someone was immediately there to help us with luggage. This was a good find, would stay here again.

A small hotel with a perfect location and super accommodating staff. Walk to all the major sites. The staff was eager to help with tours and transportation, even after we checked out. Very reasonable. Our deal included breakfast... what a great way to start the day with a breakfast on the Piazzo Navona!

Room Tip: Some rooms smaller than others. Typical of Rome. We liked the 4th floor.

The location was perfect!! Right outside of Piazza Navona. The great location allowed us to reach every site in Rome by foot; we haven't used public transportation even once. The staff was kind and generous, offered assistance with every problem and you really felt welcome to ask for any kind of help. The room was rather big and extremely clean, We had such a great time and a lot of it thanks to this hotel! I highly recommend!

First of all, the location is very good, because it is situated right above Navona Piazza. Very easy to come back to the hotel, with a good landmark like the Navona Piazza, and you can feel safe in this area. Also located close to a bus stop, so you can have easy access to the Colosseo by bus.
The rooms looked clean and stylish on the HP, and it was also like that when we saw them for real :) So you don't have to worry that what you see on the HP will be different. They will change your towels and come for room service everyday, unlike some European hotels. Elevators are available. Also, you can have a nice view of the lively Navona Piazza area, which is fun.
Also, the staff were very kind and helpful, they even gave us a quick guide of the city when we checked-in.
The rooms are not super cheap, but not overpriced, and I think it is a good deal for a good hotel in a good location!

Room Tip: Breakfast was included in the room fee, and you get to have sandwiches or croissants or eggs along w...
