This hotel is family run. The staff went out of their way to assist with ensuring we found the best way of reaching the sights without any problems. They were extremely kind and informative with regards transport and needs.

It is a small compact and spotlessly clean hotel . The only suggestion would be to have a kettle in the room in order to make a drink when you needed. It was a really pleasurable stay. Thank you to Marianna, Antonio and all the other staff for their care and assistance.

We spent hours on the internet looking for a decent hotel near Termini Station in Rome and, eventually, saw this one recommended on Trip Advisor so we booked it. We weren't disappointed. The staff were lovely - they were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms and bed linen were spotless and the breakfast was good. The price was also reasonable. It is in a good position as it's about a 10 minute walk to the station so you don't need to pay for a taxi. We would certainly stay here again if we ever return to Rome.

My wife and I stayed at the Giuliana at the end of April for 4 nights. We couldn't have been more pleased with our selection. Jean, her husband Luigi, daughter and the rest of the staff were some of the nicest people we came across in our travels. They made sure that our stay was as pleasant as could be, making sure that we had everything that we needed. Jean suggested several great restaurants (we even sat next to her one night at Melo!! a must if you stay here). The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and provided a great start to the day. No need to waste time searching for a spot to get coffee or something to eat in the morning because its right there. Centrally located to Termini and many of the major sights. The price point of this hotel won't brake the bank, especially if you are travelling from the States. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to Jean and her staff for all their hospitality!!

Jean and the entire staff at Hotel Giuliana are FANTASTIC! My first introduction to the wonderful hospitality was when Jean called me to confirm my room reservation over the phone, and we had a very pleasant conversation. She, along with the rest of the staff, were absolutely charming and helpful once we arrived. She recommended sites and restaurants and made dinner reservations for us while we were in Rome.

The hotel itself is only about 6 blocks from Termini Station, easy walking distance, on a quieter side street. It is within walking distance of most of Rome's popular attractions (Colosseum, Forum, Trevi, Pantheon, etc.), and only a few minutes walk to the metro to get to the Vatican. Our room was large (by European standards) and very comfortable and clean, with a full-sized shower. We felt very happy there, very safe, and would DEFINITELY return. I highly recommend Hotel Giuliana: a great location, warm and helpful staff, and clean comfortable rooms.
