I found myself at the Eur Suite Hotel quite by accident when the original hotel I had booked had a problem and had to move me elsewhere. The hotel itself was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The down-side is that it is a ten minute bus ride (776) away from Laurentina metro station, which is right at the end of Linea B of the metro system. It is in a desolate location surrounded by grotty blocks of flats and graffiti. There are no local shops or restaurants.

I think that smell was dienfecatant. The rooms were very clean if not utilitarian. They could use a little more decoration.
Breakfast buffet would have been great if we hadnt stayed at the Holiday Inn Express East which had
a fantastic complimetary breakfast buffet .
Area around the Eur Suite is a little drabby.
Secure parking is a pain. You must go to front desk
to get keys to get in and out of garage. but there is plenty of outdoor parking.
My biggest beef was that the front desk was terrible in taking phone mesages. In fact a couple of people who tried to call us and leave meassages
were not able to .

Hotel is very easy to get to and from the GRA (ring road ) if you are driving.

When we got to the hotel- the manager told us that there were no rooms available- i had booked for two nights two weeks ago for Dec. 30-31.
the manager kept stating that they were going to accomodate us w another room- when they showed us the room, i almost went crazy- there was a smell that i couldn;t pin point- dark- my wife and i just left to another hotel that was closer to the laurentina station- oh one other thing- the website does not tell you that you need to take a bus from the station- with waiting for the bus and traveling, it's an additional 15-20 minutes- i think that was the reason i was so pissed- the extra transportation that was not stated-

Just writing to warn all about the rude treatment you can expect should you choose the EUR Suite Hotel in Rome, Italy. I booked a room through the internet but when I arrived I was informed the hotel expected more cash payment. It all turned out to be a mix up between the reservation company and the hotel. I had to waste a day of my trip to Rome figuring it out for the pompous *** of a manager. Stay somewhere else and enjoy your time in an amazing city.
