Antonio is truly a great host! He will do the best he can the to make your trip easy and pleasant.
On the morning we left, our airport shuttle did not show up. We woke him up while he was still in sleep; he quickly showed up and called us a cab. He even gave us 5 euros since the cab is more expensive than the shuttle bus we expected and we spent all the cash on purpose :(
It was a great stay indeed, gave our Italy trip a perfect ending.

Very nice B&B, convienently situated close to the Termini station and the metro (15 minutes to Vatican). You can reach all major monuments by foot. Antonio was so cheerful and gave us many good tips about what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was really tasteful. Thank you for everything!

This B&B just didn't work well for us. Though the location is convenient to Termini Station and several metro stations, the neighborhood is sketchy. Night walks were taken with caution, not pleasure. Pre-arrival coordination is critical since the staff do not have a permanent desk in the small entry way/breakfast room/office. The family room was very small with just barely enough room to move between the double bed and two singles. The single beds were portables and this room should only be listed as a double without them. The size of the room notwithstanding, there is no soundproofing, making the streetcars running outside the window very loud and the neighbors conversations and activities readily known. It is apparent that the owners have tried to put a bit of style into the entry way/breakfast room/office, and the staff person was really friendly and helpful, but overall, we were disappointed by the experience.

I've been to Rome six times, but this was by far my best experience. As everybody else has commented, Antonio is a great host. I don't want to be repetitive so I will only just mention the great location, the comfy and immaculate rooms, the delicious breakfast and Antonio's great hospitality. What makes this place really special is Antonio's attention to detail. I've been to several places where I felt I was being "exploited" as a tourist wherever I stayed or whatever I visited, and I am sorry to say, being Italian myself, that this seems to be quite a widespread attitude in such beautiful but touristy places as Rome - locals tend to take advantage of people who stay for a few days and leave. However, I felt very welcome during my stay at this B&B, as Antonio is not only very helpful, but also very dedicated to his work. Staying at this pretty B&B made our holiday even more pleasant - it was my mum's first time in Rome and she absolutely loved every minute of it! I would recommend this place with no hesitation - Antonio speaks very good English too, so no language barrier there either. I would also definitely go back there if I were to visit Rome again. Grazie Antonio, e arrivederci a presto!!!

It was a 10-minute walk to Roma Termini, and we were just looking for a place to stay the night. We checked in to a private clean bedroom, with your own private bathroom. The living room is shared, as should be expected with a B&B. Free wi fi. Good food available. A printer in case you need to print out some stuff.

I highly recommend going to nearby Trattoria Vecchia Roma for a good bite to eat (reservations required).

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this b and b.

Pros: quick walk from Termini station which is just 1/2 hour from Fiumicino Airport on the Leonardo Express. (14 euros each way and free child per adult)

Big comfy bed. We had quadruple room. 2 singles for kids plus large king. Simply furnished, very clean.

Quiet room. Window onto busy road but we used aircon which was great. All slept very deeply.

Breakfast amazing - we all ate til we could eat no more!!

You have the keys so can come and go whenever you please which is wonderful.

Cons: none

I have stayed twice in this central, lovely B&B and I will go back. It is so convenient, right next to an underground station (the one next to the central railway station) and the owner is incredible kind and nice. Every room is different, always clean and neat. Breakfast is really good. WI-FI guaranteed, snacks and drinks available and you can even make tea on your own whenever you want in the common kitchen area. The owner knows everything about Rome, places to see or where to eat. He is available and pleasant. Best thing of all: prices! I found great special offers, so I stayed smack in the center of Rome for very few euros. What else can you wish for? I highly recommend Rhome86: it's the best in town, and I have tried a lot of B&Bs!

Room Tip: Ask the owner when you make your reservation. He will accommodate you in the best possible way.
