We stay there a couple of days last July. Well the place is just fantastic, the standing is pretty amazing, the service hard to beat. All is in the details, the breakfast, served in the room is delicious, and the hosts are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Extremely well located, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican Museum and the underground station of Octavian, in a very quiet place, is a great starting point for the long days of Rome.
Not forgetting that this is a B & B, the breakfast, served in your room, is nice and more than enough to start the day. It is a pity not to have fruit every day.
A great choice price/quality, if we look to the exorbitant prices that the hotels charge in Rome.
One last word to the extreme friendliness of the staff, are one the friendliest people that we met.

We (two ladies) were staying at Vatican Town for three nights. Our room was excellent, comfortable beds, very quiet. The room and the bathroom spacious and very clean. The place is only a few minutes from Ottaviano Metro station and very close to Vatican. It is a small place, I think only 5 rooms or so. As there is no breakfast room the breakfast is brought to your room. The breakfast is what you usually get in Italian hotels - a croissant and piece of cake (does anyone ever eat that "biscottata" they always serve?), also a glass of juice and a cappuccino - which is better than the coffee I often got in Italian hotels. There is no 24 hour reception but that is not a problem. You have your own set of keys to get in the house at any time. You have to tell in advance what time you are arriving to make sure that they are there. You can leave your luggage after checkout for a little extra charge. The owners do not speak a lot of English but are extremely helpful and polite. If I come to Rome again I hope I'll be able to stay there again and I can definitely recommend it.
