“Can't beat the personal service location and atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2013 via mobile

Great location on an artsy street. Awesome shopping. (for those who have steep wallets and for those who dont...) were given complimentary prosecco and turn down service every night! Excellent value and modern decor. Small boutique feel on a quiet and beautiful street. Why stay at a gigantic hotel on a busy street with all the other tourists when you can feel like a special guest at an exclusive address!? Take a cab to trastevere for all your meals except breaky.location is amazing as we were able to see the pantheon, spanish steps and Trevi fountain all in one go

I used to live in Via Margutta in the 80s and was pleased to find a modern hotel in the same street now. You can't beat the location right around the corner from Piazza di Spagna Piazza and being in walking distance from all the major attractions in Rome. The hotel is boutique style hip, service friendly and attentive, rooms are rather small but well equipped and with AC. Each floor has its own "screaming color theme". Garage parking available. Overall a very good value compared to some of the other hotels in the same neighborhood.

Perfect location for this nice little hotel near the spanish steps where I stayed for a romantic long week end. It's like modern in the heart of an old city. Room is a bit small but clean and worth the price.

It is always a great pleasure to stay at this boutique hotel. It is very well located just out off piazza espagna. Via Marguta is know by having hosted great artists such as Fellini. The staff is very nice and very professional and you don t even notice them. The room, even if they are small, are very cosy and very comfortable. It is a modern designed hotel in an old building. The breakfast is very good as well.
The only negative but small point is the wifi method of connection : you have to ask the reception for a new code every time you want to connect. I m sure that the receptionists hate it to.

Room Tip: Choose a large room, those in the corner

Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 children in two rooms. The rooms were very clean and modern. The bathrooms are very nice with tub and shower and separate toilet room. Hotel staff had a crib all set up for our baby when we got here without any request needed. Very convenient to spanish steps and shopping/eating. Breakfast is also included and very good.

This hotel has a wonderful location, situated on a quaint and quiet alley near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The hotel itself felt like it was trying too hard to be modern and cool and missed the mark. The rooms themselves definitely fell into the category of form over function, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom door is glass, which is nice to look out, but lets in a lot of light into the bedroom when it isn't wanted. The shower head is hand held and cumbersome making the shower less enjoyable than it could or should be.I did appreciate the art in the room which was inspired by Magritte. In general, not a bad hotel, but I would look elsewhere first.

We liked this hotel. It got a very modern look and feel. Every floor got a different color. Very original.
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is good.
What we liked is that it's very well located in a quiet side street, close to the spanish steps with a metro stations very close by.
So if you like to do some sightseeing in Rome this is the perfect start.
Small minor detail is that the room we had was a bit small but I guess that's everywhere in the center of Rome. In Rome you would spend nearly all day outside so it's not a big problem.
