“What a Great Hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2014

We loved this hotel. It was in a good location (just south of the river and walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions). The grounds are charming, with a shaded courtyard covered with orange trees. The staff are super friendly, and were always looking to help us get where we wanted to go.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great.

Everything was great.
Rooms very nice, the location excellent, the staff can help you in anything you need.
The only bad thing was the bath towels which was very old and hard.
Something else there not bathrobes.
Also the price was expensive for 3 stars hotel

Writing this sat waiting for our taxi back to airport, outside with a coffee in the last sunshine in the hotel's pretty and quiet orange grove court yard. This hotel is a haven located roughly 20-30 mins walk from all the main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, tidy quite room, comfortable bed and good continental breakfast. Made our short weekend stay in Rome just perfect.

End of January to the first week in Feburary - stayed at this beautiful property - For us it was a great location within reasonable walking distance to all the great sights that Rome has to offer - the hotel itself was tranquil, well designed and the rooms laid out with great thought and attention - all the staff were very friendly and great service - a great place to stay in and leave the hustle and bustle outside the gates.

We certainly had a great experience having stayed previously at 5 star properties with designer concrete and staff that appear to be cloned - Here is a great family run place to come and unwind after a day of walking the streets of Rome.

Really lovely little hotel and friendly staff - we travelled in jan so probably didnt see the best of Rome and Trastevere and can imagine it is beautiful in the summer. Rooms and bathrooms were small and it is hard to get anywhere as it is not near the metro and was very wary of the pickpocket bus H. The location I would say is the main downside but then Rome is very large and it is difficult to stay very central.

Room Tip: All rooms overlook the courtyard

What a great place to be in the middle of the old part of Rome, Trastevere. You are in a well design hotel. In a garden surrounded by tangerine trees.Very cozy and tranquil. From the design of the hotel you can tell the owner is an Architect with passion for stylish beauty who I had the honor to meet together with his charming wife and the lovely dog Chanel. Even though it's family own, it's well manage with attentive and professional staff who makes your stay very easy and comfortable. From the minute you arrive to the day you leave. From the buffet breakfast to happy hour with quality food in late afternoon. The hotel is well maintain and organize. The entire place its sparkling clean. It is very hard to leave. I will make sure to book in advance
my next Rome trip. It's the place to be.

We had admired this hotel before we were able to book there. We have just returned home from our trip in Rome, and it is a lovely place, friendly, comfortable and we would highly recommend it to anybody traveling to Rome. The location in Trastevere is unbeatable, and although it is not a luxury hotel (last time we stayed at the Eden, in Ludovisi) the charming location and friendly, wonderful staff makes it perfect.

Room Tip: Discuss the room offers with the friendly booking staff. They were very helpful.
