Location is ideal if you want to be near the action. The Spanish Steps Piazza is just around the corner and there are 3 or 4 wonderful restaurants with outdoor seating on either side of the hotel. Shoppers beware: The Via Condotti is next to the hotel and has every high priced fashion boutique on the planet. The only negative to this hotel was the bathroom, which had an unpleasant odor upon our arrival and it never dissapated. I would rate it a 2 and 3/4 star hotel only for this reason. There is one computer in the lobby that is connected to the Internet and free to use on a first come, first served basis. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I switched to this hotel from another and was extremely happy with my stay. While there is some noise from the musicians that play on the street in the evening, the friendly customer service and convenient location was excellent! They booked our tours and dinner reservations without a problem. When we went to the Vatican museums, we skipped an enormous line to meet our guide. The hotel even provided internet service in the lobby. The showers were amazing, they had jets that shot from all angles, which was refreshing after a long day of touring. The location was excellent as well. We walked to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and much more. I highly reccomend this hotel!!

We found this hotel to be extremely charming, clean, and well-located.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They knew us by name immediately and were always cheerful and eager to offer any advice that we needed. I would definitely stay there again and look forward to our next visit!

My husband and I checked into this hotel, and spent the entire first night completely awake because of a loud noise caused by a heating problem. The hotel could only apologize but didn't seem to want to take responsibility for it, wouldn't switch our room, and offered us only $20 off our room rate for our inconvenience. Also, I found the bathroom was never really cleaned so well. The only good thing I can say is that the hotel is in a great location, but I'd find another hotel to stay at the next time I visit Rome.
