We stayed at the Hotel Parlamento for 2 nights in June. We had 2 rooms. It was a hard place to find at first since it is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a building. It was a strange set up with the maze of rooms off of small hallways and little light or air from the outside. I was a bit claustrophobic at first but did get used to it. There are 1 or 2 rooms that open to the rooftop patio and that would be the best place to be. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was okay- mostly cereal and rolls, good cappuchino., but a very small area in which to eat and service on the rooftop was very slow as there was only one person taking care of the drink orders. It was a good location for getting around Rome, and felt very safe. The air conditioning is a must for the summer and worked well. The bathrooms are very small but adequate. Overall, an okay place for the money, especially for a couple of nights.
