This was my second stay at Hotel Parlamento, and I am still very happy with all aspects of this hotel. I want to address a couple of the negative reviews. Hotel Parlamento certainly does not need to be gutted. It is much cleaner than many of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at across Europe and America. The floors are spotless, and the bathrooms were clinically clean. Since reading the negative reviews, I looked for mold...it simply is not there.

This trip was a pre-cruise stop for me. I met fellow cruisers there who were equally pleased with their accomodations and the staff. The staff, once again, was amazing. They were helpful, kind, humorous and clearly wanted my stay to be the best. While having breakfast, I was able to listen to the interactions of the staff with other guests. Without exception, each guest was treated with respect and GENUINE interest.

Let's be clear. Hotel Parlamento does not bill itself as a luxury hotel. It is clean, comfortable and nicely located. However, I challenge anyone to find a better staff at any hotel anywhere.

if you want to experience the way service used to be stay here. the family that runs it will do almost anything to help you and make your stay a good one. The location is great, the rooms clean and the rooftop terrace a good way to start the day.

there is a grocery store about 3 minutes walk away which can be improtant too.

The nephew lived in the states for awhile and if he has time will enjoy visiting with you about his experience.

it is where our family will stay when not in Oklahoma and in Rome.

Hotel is in a great location with good staff and nice rooms. Tiziano, Andrea, and others went out of their way in helping to arrange our Vatican tickets, a private tour guide, a ride from the airport, etc. We had a great experience in Rome, much do to the assistance we were given along the way!

Our stay in Hotel Palamento was fantastic! Our family had such a great time in Rome, made possible mostly b/c of the wonderful folks at Parlamento. We experienced airport luggage issues, and all of the concierge were great to enable us to get it back as quickly as possible. Tiziano, Roberto, Andrea, and Allesandra were top notch and first class all the way. We can't thank them enough. Rest assured, we will reserve Parlamento on our next trip to Rome. We want to thank the remaining staff, as well as the hotel owner for their extra kindness and consideration also. All the best,
