if you want to experience the way service used to be stay here. the family that runs it will do almost anything to help you and make your stay a good one. The location is great, the rooms clean and the rooftop terrace a good way to start the day.

there is a grocery store about 3 minutes walk away which can be improtant too.

The nephew lived in the states for awhile and if he has time will enjoy visiting with you about his experience.

it is where our family will stay when not in Oklahoma and in Rome.

Hotel is in a great location with good staff and nice rooms. Tiziano, Andrea, and others went out of their way in helping to arrange our Vatican tickets, a private tour guide, a ride from the airport, etc. We had a great experience in Rome, much do to the assistance we were given along the way!

Our stay in Hotel Palamento was fantastic! Our family had such a great time in Rome, made possible mostly b/c of the wonderful folks at Parlamento. We experienced airport luggage issues, and all of the concierge were great to enable us to get it back as quickly as possible. Tiziano, Roberto, Andrea, and Allesandra were top notch and first class all the way. We can't thank them enough. Rest assured, we will reserve Parlamento on our next trip to Rome. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and I have to say the only thing it has going for it is the location. The hotel itself is shabby, needs a total gutting and rehab. A few things: Shower completely lost power while hair was lathered with soap, finally got it to dribble a bit. It must have been shower rush hour which should not happen. The hair dryer is useless. Room is not very clean, beds are worn to a fray. Pillows are like flat rocks. Paint is chipped and dirty. Wallpaper is torn. I would not go near the extra blanket in the closet. Girl at the front desk was rude, period.
