The hostel/hotel is only 5 Minutes from Termini Station! Nothing ordinary at very very fair conditions! All you need in Rom is a bed, safe room and clean bath! All was perfect! You have to walk like 20-25 Minutes to Pantheon etc. but anyhow... How better to discover Rome by strolling through the city to the next side! Good staff and again, fair deals.

we booked a basic double but got a triple, so no big bed, but 3 seperate one. That wasn't a problem, just a bit weird. The shared bathrooms were clean and the staff at the reception was nice and helpful.
The only drawback, which was a big one, were the thin walls. Some guests got up around 7 am and closed their doors VERY loudly, so there was no possibility to sleep any longer really.
Even though the hotel can't help those guests to be more quiet, nevertheless, the walls are too thin and you don't get a restful night.
When you need a place for 1 night close to TERMINI train station, the hotel is very useful because it is right next to it. (approx. 500m)
The price (54€ with city tax) was a good offer.

Perfect location! Very very near to the central rail station (about ten minute walk) in a completely renovated classic building. Clean and quiet rooms for all budgets. Friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxing mood! Highly recommended!

Hotel is located close to Termini train station, which is convenient for arrival and departures but not good for walking around since the area is kinda shady. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Claudio who is a local and knows everything about the city! He patiently answered all our questions and suggested sights to see.
The hotel has a door for each wing of the building, with each wing containing 2-4 rooms. It's a little annoying to only have one key between two people because you have to stick together all the time since you can't even enter your wing without the key.
Another con is the spotty wifi. It works great in the stairwell but reception is poor in the rooms.
For a budget, short stay in Rome, this place is acceptable.

My boyfriend and I stayed at a horrible hotel just across the street called hotel Domus Mea. We decided to switch over to this hotel and we were beyond satisfied. We stayed in the superior suite which was beautiful, very clean and elegantly decorated. The overall hotel is super clean, they have computers in the lobby for guests to use (free of charge) they have a continental breakfast, the location is great but the staff is what made this experience the best. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, they spoke very good English and tried their very best to help us. After staying at Domus Mea, my boyfriend got very sick and we needed to fly back home. The hotel was very quick with delivering us messages from our travel agent, letting us use their phones, calling us cabs and they even refunded us our money when we suddenly got a flight back home and left earlier than planned. The staff truly went above and beyond and I cannot describe how thankful and pleased we are with them. If you have the opportunity to, stay at this hotel!
