my partner and i stayed here for my birthday we were recomended this hotel by our friends who live in rome so we put our trust in them the hotel was fantastic very very clean the service was excelent we will be staying there again it is central for everything the shops and sightseeing the staff was excellent can not recomend it enough .

This Hotel was in the best location,around the corner from the Spanish steps and a short walk to the Trevi fountain, We found the Hotel very quaint and clean with a nice cafe where we had breakfast every morning. We had the executive room which had a queen size bed ,nicely decorated and very clean. A pretty bathroom with bathtub, shower. This Hotel is located in the heart of old Rome near all the attractions and plenty of restaurants all in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. We would go back to this Hotel.

What a great little hotel and location! We have learned in 50 years of travel to aim for the best central location you can get for the price. This hotel is just perfectly situated. You can walk everywhere. No car necessary. Rome is our favourite city in the world. We have stayed in the hotel 2 times. Its not pretencious. And has been significantly upgraded. We had clean quite rooms. Which is all we wanted. Breakfast on the roof terrace was always brilliant. The views of the Roman roofs was magnificant. There is a little appartment too if you want it. When in Rome stay here! You can not beat the location. Minutes from the Spanish steps and Trivi fountain. Wow. And watch the movie Roman holiday before you come (with Audry Hepburn & Gregory Peck) - then you'll know exactly what sites to see.

This is in a fabulous, upscale location on a pedestrian only street two blocks from the Spanish Steps & Via Condotti (Rome's Rodeo Dr). Hotel was recently remodeled but rooms are very small by American standards, average by European standards. Our party had 3 rooms and all the layouts were completely different. Generally very clean but there were dust bunnies on the wooden floors in our room. Sickly orange air freshner was installed to try to mask an odd sewage odor in our corner of the building. Front desk staff speak English. They can be very helpful or not depending on who is on duty. Be careful - I suspect they get kick backs from steering you to certain restaurants because they never would give you a recommended restaurant's name or phone number and insisted on calling in the reservation themselves. Although this was a mixed bag you would have a hard time finding better value for money in this prime tourist area. They run an adjacent restaurant which looked good but seemed pricey. No breakfast was included with our rate.
