We just returned from a 3 week trip to Italy ending in Rome. We stayed in many hotels during our trip and can honestly say we loved Hotel Farnese, a great treat to end our trip . The hotel staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant. They accomadated our every need and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed guests. The location can't be beat an easy walk to many popular attractions and the merto right across the street was wonderful. The street is charming and very safe and there was always an attendant at the desk at any hour and knew who was coming and going from the hotel. The rooms were beatifully decorated and maniatined. The hotel was very quite too. The bathrooms were exceptioanlly clean and modern but with european charm. They offer a very nice breakfast,better than other places we stayed, with a beautiful roof top view.
You would be a missing a great experince if you let this one pass you by.

We were travelling in Italy with our 12 year old grandson, and the Farnese was a great place to stay with him. The junior suite had plenty of room for the 3 of us, a nice large bathroom, and a sliding door between the sleeping areas for some privacy. The staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious. We were one block from a metro stop, and in walking distance of many of the major attractions.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on our honeymoon. It has a great location, you can walk to virtually anywhere in central Rome, and the metro stop is 100m from the hotel for longer or the return journey. Staff excellent and helpful, spoke superb English. Our room seemed a little small for 220 Euros, but I suspect that is what you have to pay for 4 star in central Rome. Nice decoration and clean throughout. Would definitely go back.

Stayed there three weeks ago one night for a business journey. The hotel is well managed, but the rooms - even if clean - need a restyling. The breakfast place on the terrace has a good view but in the winter is poorly heated.
