The hotel room for a single was small, but I was very comfortable. The room was a bit cold but the staff was very helpful and provided nice warm wool blankets right away. The breakfast was good--yogurt, cereal, eggs, warm pastries, juices, and coffee made to order. The hotel will arrange for a ride to and from the airport--and the services were very prompt and friendly

No restaurant, but there are restaurants and a grocery store not to far. FAO/Circo Maximo is only a 5 min walk. I would stay there because its a nice quiet area. There are a few boutiques, gelaterias, and cafes. The Vespa store is worth a look!

This hotel had such a great location. 5 minutes to the Circus Maximus, 30minutes to the Colosseum and 15 minutes to Terme de Caracalla. Rooms were clean if a little small and dark but the aircon was efficient which was really necessary. Had a lovely view of the courtyard with the scent of jasmine wafting in the window. Breakfast was nothing great but tea and coffee were freshly made by a helpful and friendly menber of staff. There are many restaurants and bars at Trasevere just a short walk away . It was easy to get to from Roma Ostiense station.
I am definitely returning to Rome and would choose this hotel again without a second thought.

This is a great little hotel from which to explore the many highlights of Rome. Situated in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of the main tourist sites. The room was spacious with a patio area opening on to a pleasant courtyard. Very clean and well maintained with maid service every day. The buffet breakfast was of a very high standard and more than adequate. Only a short distance to a main bus stop and a 7 or 8 minute walk to the metro station. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definately consider using again for a return trip.

My wife and I stayed here from April 18th to the 23rd. The hotel is located in a very quiet, residential area next to a school and church. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Two of the staff spoke fluent English to go along with my choppy Italian, the night clerk spoke very little. The room was very nice and large enough to actually sleep three, there was a pullout sleeper should we had needed one. We had a view of the courtyard, which is actually the picture they show on line, however that was off limits to the public and the roof top garden was also closed. The location also had access to a few restaurants and cafes which provided a nice respite from busy Rome, one in particular was excellent, Grottino de Rino, which is right on Aventino, we had great meal that did not break the bank. At breakfast do not expect typical American fare, you get bread, croissants, juice, hard boiled eggs, cereal and pre packaged cheese and little pates. The cappuccino was excellent. One note of caution, the hotel is not handicap friendly, no elevator and we were on the third floor so after walking up a hill to get the hotel we had three flights of stairs to get through, and after wine and food it was sometimes a challenge.
We would definitely stay here again though

We stayed at this hotel in March, 2009 and really liked it. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is great. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and there are restaurants, grocery stores, etc. a few blocks away at the bottom of the hill. The hotel is adjacent to St. Prisca church, which was built in 489 AD. The neighborhood is historic and a few blocks away is the Church of Santa Sabina, one of Rome's oldest churches. The Circus Maximus is also only a few blocks way. A bus stop and Metro are short distances away.
