Valerio, Paolo and Lethia the staff at the Aphrodite hotel are very pleasant and helpful and makes you very welcome, the hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is situated opposite the Metro station and it takes only fifteen minutes to get to the Vatican City and five minutes to get to the colliseum. We hope to return to Rome later in the year for another holiday and would definately go back to the APHRODITE HOTEL

I stayed with my sister for a long week-end in this hotel. I was very dissapointed. The staff was not nice at al,l the entire hotel is quite dirty and also the rooms need some renovation. One morning we needed some informations but finally we left the hotel with a map and were looking by oursevles because the reception person was not nice at all. What pleasure when we came back one day later and we met Juliette which was so much different than all the others. She showed us all over Rome the important places to see thank you so much for your help. We are defenetly not coming back to this place because there are much better hotels in Rome.

"Wanna"Receptionist if you don't want ur mood to off don't ever look her face.
She is big nonsense. it doesn't stop here there all staff are dishonest they stolen purse of my colleague. There cameras are non working.

It seems all staff is not being paid well thats why the whole staff remains in tension or they behave so badly with the client.

Staff is rigid to understand your problem. No choice for breakfast its very bad.

Rooms are conjusted and room temperature doesn't work.

If you are wanting some place close to the train station to get out of town quickly OR if you want to be somewhere you can catch a quick taxi, this hotel is GREAT! Beds are comfortable. It was very clean.They are understaffed, but were very professional. There is a very good restuarant a few steps from the hotel. There is a wonderful deli where you can get fresh meat and cheese on the same side of the street. Breakfast is good if you like pastries. No bacon and eggs here, but we didn't find that anywhere in Italy. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. If you are used to staying in really nice hotel, let it go. You'll be paying an arm and a leg in Rome. This is a great place to lay your head at the end of the day.
