Beautifully renovated, Old lift with grill closing. Not a large room, but cozy. Large
bathroom with shower and bidet. Pleasing enclosed patio. Included a excellent
full, self-serve, breakfast (all you can eat).

Stayed here for one night in September before meeting some friends who were arriving the following day. It was about a 10 minute walk from Termini down a quiet street, Via Flavia. No problems - room was clean, basic (as are 90% of hotel rooms in Rome).
Breakfast was good too and the lobby area is very comfortable with several comfortable couches. Some folk were using laptops so there is possibly wireless available. There seemed to be one desktop terminal also.

Its a beautiful hotel, rooms are tidy and comfortable ,but the location of this hotel was far away from all the attractions, i had to take 3 transportation from spanish steps to reach the hotel.

A truly 3 star property, but clean, good breakfast and nice staff. Very quiet side street. If you like to be close to the action, it is not the place for you. If you don't mind cabbing it, you will be fine.

I can't say that I didn't enjoy my saty, but I can say I probably wouldn't go back.

In the eternal city where traffic is crazy most of the day, it is nice to come back to your hotel and have a good night's sleep, thanks to the hotel location tucked in a little side street. A 8 min walk to termini station, 5minute to beautiful Piazza della Republica where you have the subway stop.
We had a room for four, 1 double and two singles which worked just fine, safety deposit box, mini bar, A/C and a beautiful large window. Modern washroom. Yes, the washroom and the rooms are small for american/canadian standards, but you are in Europe and when in Rome......
Breakfast is more than sufficient, cappuccino/hot chocolate/american coffe, 3 kinds of juices, ham, cheese, rolls, danishes, croissants, yogurts, of course NO eggs, as they are not a breakfast staple in Italy.
Free internet.
Good restaurants and the best gelato just around the corner!!! what else can you ask for.....
