The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life. We were a group of 42 pilgrims from the UK and were obviously not welcome, the staff were rude and unhelpful; requests for help or assistance were ignored, messages not passed on. the rooms were small and smelly. I will never stay there again. Rev P Maddison

I have stayed in many hotels throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East & Africa. Without doubt this is the worst of all of them. The food was terrible, the service was non-existent and the management staff were surly and uninterested in anyone or any problems. The rooms were shabby and not at all what was described in the their brochure. A complete disaster.I would suggest that anyone thinking of staying at this hotel to reconsider it and stay somewhere else.John Sayer
