In Rome there are many choices to make but for a hotel this is the perfect one and we've made it.Staying there for 3 nights this March was a lovely experience for us and for the other guests whom we have made our friends over there.
The hotel is absolutely splendid , situated just a few steps from great tourist attractions like Fontana di Trevi , Piazza di Spagna or The Spanish Steps known all over the world.
We had booked a double room for our stay and got the nicest one with a lovely view and all the facilities possible:great internet connection , satellite TV , minibar and air conditioning all working perfectly. Also sparkly bathroom with new towels everyday .
They also serve an Italian breakfast with fresh local pastry .
The hotel's employees are very kind and helpful giving directions and recommending the best restaurants in the city .
We enjoyed it and wanted to share our moments there with everyone.
Greetings from Spring, Texas.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience during our 4 day visit in Rome.It is located right in the heart of the city , a minute away from the Spanish steps and Piazza di Spagna(two of the most visited places in Rome).
We booked a suite for our vacation and had a wonderful surprize in the room where we found a basket of fresh fruits , compliments of the hotel. The suite was pretty large in size fully equiped with satellite tv , minibar , internet connection and air conditioning.
The hotel's staff were all very kind and helpful , giving us all kind of directions to great restaurants and places to visit over there.
After a big and healthy breakfast in the morning you can go out for a nice walk to the Spanish steps and Piazza di Spagna (as i mentioned earlier ) but also Fontana di Trevi is nearby. For other places to go there is a metro station two minutes away from the hotel and with a 1 euro ticket you can go anywhere in Rome.
One word for Internazionale hotel :MAGIC.

Just got back from a 4 Night stay in Rome with the Hotel Internazionale. We had booked with another hotel but found out it was in a bad area so rebook this hotel through Last Minute.Com. We were not dissappointed. The room was a triple which came with it own private garden, which blew us away it was so nice. The bathroom was clean and modern with bath robe, slippers and all toiletries provided. The customer service was always polite and quick to respond. Every time we came in or out of the hotel we were always greeted with a hello or goodbye. The breakfast was really nice with everything you needed, even bacon and egg if you wanted to pay extra. The location was just perfect, 30 second walk from the Spanish Steps and about 20 min walk to Vatican. On the whole we were extremely pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

At the top of The Spanish Steps, you'll find Hotel Internazionale, so the location is great. Everything is within walking distance.
The building is old and very charming. Though an "overall" repair is needed as it looks pretty worn out. The place was very clean, our rom was large for a classic double room with a large bathroom and the furniture has an antic look. We had heard that breakfast in Italy is terrible, but at this hotel we were nicely surpriced. There is a large breakfast buffet with anything you'd like.
So if you want a charming place with at great location and a historic touch, hotel Internazionale will be your choice.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Internazionale and thought it was a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast superb with a lot of choice, ie scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, hams, cheeses, breads, pastries, fruit and also tea, coffee and orange juice. The hotel is about 100 yards from the top of the Spanish Steps. The Trevi Fountain is close too. Although we did not use the metro, there was a stop nearby. It is also not far to catch the sightseeing buses. There were stops for all tour companies. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. The only downside was the noise of the traffic as the hotel is on a really busy road, but I can honestly say this was a minor inconvenience as we were usually so tired from sightseeing we fell fast asleep!

  • Liked — Definitely the location
  • Disliked — Noise from traffic outside
