Cleanliness: EXTREMELY clean. Room was spotless when we arrived and was made up each day.
Size: Small but on par with other European hotels. Bathroom was actually more spacious than the last hotel I stayed in in Italy.
Location: Not the greatest location in reference to main attractions but very close to the metro so it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go. About 7 minutes walk from Termini and just around the corner to one of the blue line stops on the metro.
Staff: Very nice, allowed us to check in early when we arrived at 10am, had a bottle of spumante waiting in our room when we arrived because it was our anniversary.
Air conditioning: Not so good. My boyfriend had a travel thermometer with him and the temperature actually went up while we had the air on. We inquired at the front desk and were informed that it only works between 9pm and 12am. It was 9:30 at the time so it should have been working, but we never really got it to cool much while we were there. It wasn't bad with the windows open at night but I would imagine that it's not so pleasant in July or August. I don't think that a hotel should advertise that it has air conditioning if it doesn't.
Value: Very inexpensive compared to most places in Rome
Other: Very nice roof terrace for enjoying a bottle of wine after a long day of walking. Also, bed was 2 twins pushed together but wasn't very noticible.
Overall: Would recommend to anyone looking for a good value
