“Modern and clean hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012 via mobile

We booked two rooms at Ariston and everybody were very happy with their stay. The hotel is very modern and everything is clean. The staff was helpful and location was good with minute to the metro. Take breakfast option as it was really good. Would book here again.

I booked this hotel due to its distance to termini station. I was for 4 days on vacation with my family.
This is a 4 star hotel, but when I arrived my impression was different than expected.
The structure is very old, and some parts are renovated.
The room we booked was roomy, but the decor did not please me one bit. Walls covered with fabric, carpet and furniture too simple, without any kind of luxury (cupboards, wardrobes, etc.). The television (tube) offers a few canal options. The wifi signal was weak and not included in the rate.
There is a rooftop garden, and fitness area.
The breakfast is average. The service is good, as the staff.
The location of the hotel is good in the sense of getting 1 block from Termini station, but is very bad in order to walk the night (many bars nearby, as prostitutes "at work" on street).
I do not intend to stay in this hotel again because the price I payed for did not compensate at all.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for the last night of a week’s holiday in Rome. We choose to stay because of its close proximity to the main train terminal, which didn’t disappoint – less than 5 minute walk.
The reception area, lobby bar and breakfast room are all clean and tidy, the rooms on the other hand need a little attention. Breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. Overall we were not impressed and probably wouldn’t use it again.
The area around the hotel is very busy and built up, which we expected. I would certainly recommend staying in an apartment in the old town where you can relax, see the sites and come and go as you please.

I stayed in rome for a week and before I got there was excited! I looked at the hotel website pictures and was looking forward to a clean room that was very colourful instead we ended up with a room not at all new and not showed on the pictures there was 3 of us at the time and one bedroom with an extra bed put in making it very small the staff were ok but we had to ask them nearly every day to put clean towels in and clean our room i was overly disappointed with the hotel

We stayed there for three nights with my family of five. I picked the hotel mainly because the convenient location which close to the termini station and the modern design of the hotel. Trust me, the so called ' historical and vintage' style hotel around can get as horrible as you can imagine. The hotel did not fail my expectation of its modernness and cleanness, however, have to be aware that the condition of different rooms may vary. I have booked one executive double room and one superior double room. The executive one is brilliant but the superior is ridiculously small and old. Lastly , the staff disappointed me as they are so unfriendly, as they seem cant be bothered to offer help and advises.

I can advise everybody to stay in this Aristone Hotel for a nice stay in a nice town, where the service is perfect and the distance to the station perfect to use taxi's and train to other places like Napoli and Pompei.
