“Well...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2014

The hotel is located in the EUR district, so, I would guess there are more who stay here on business. Therefore - and in the 21st century it's really not that big a request - I would have expected a free wifi, but it cost 6 EUR/24 hours. Also, for a 4 star hotel, the room I got was tiny and worn down, and the toiletries very few.

Apart from this, the hotel was okay, breakfast is good, I couldn't hear the noise of the loud road close by and the staff was nice. The city centre is easily accessible by buses which take us to the underground station, I think the travel was less than 30 minutes. Altogether I would recommend this hotel for people who have business in the EUR district and would like to travel rather cheap. Tourists spare much time if they stay closer to the centre.

Room Tip: do not choose a single room. it's tiny.

probably i can write several items to improve in this hotel, but in each hotel you can.
So better to tell that team was very nice and they solved my problem. Hotel and all hotel in Rome was overbooked due to one conference. I made a mistake with reservation and thx for team they managed to get a room finally.

Hotel location is good. Close to EUR roma 2 shopping center and EUR metro station. Price is very good.

The problem with EUR is that all the hotels are pretty standard. We tried this one as we were working locally and whilst it is clean and the staff were helpful the location is like staying in the middle of a bad American movie. Noisy coaches and a great view of the waste dump for the local shopping mall.

Yes, far from the heart of Rome, but for lazy people. In fact it 's just one bus stop and 7 tube stops from Colosseum. Not so far for me, actually. Also close to Piramide (trains to the coast and Fiumicino Airport). Very helpful staff and nice, quiet pool. A lot to eat during breakfast. DO NOT drink coffee from the machine. Ask waiting staff for espresso or cappucino. They bring it fro you from the kitchen.
Spacious rooms, confortable beds, nice bathroom. What do you need more, if you spend most of your days in Rome outside of the hotel? Also half board available, but had no time to check restaurant at night.
Fully recommended!

Great value for the money. The beds are very comfortable; three single beds were provided and the hotel provided a baby bed free of charge. The pool is open until 8:00pm and was nice after touring the city all day. Afterwards, there is a pool side bar to sit at and chat with friends. There is also a beautiful courtyard where people sit at various tables, play games, and eat snacks. The hotel staff is very accommodating in arranging tours of Italy, as well. The Metro will take you anywhere in Rome you would like to go. The 070 bus, the 700 bus, and the 709 bus will pick you up on the road in front the hotel and is a 10 minute ride to the Metro station. A 7 day pass can be purchased for $24 euros and covers the bus and Metro rail transit to and from Rome.

Room Tip: There is a shopping mall next to the hotel and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Mu...

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately a few things let the hotel down. No coffee ,drink facility in the room balconies with no seats. Maybe the worst part was the air conditioning being turned off between midnight and 6.00 in the morning. It was very hot in the room at night and unable to sleep. The journey to the hotel from Central Rome was easy on the metro and then a short bus ride. Bus from outside the hotel also went to the beach which was great.
Make sure you purchase at the your metro tickets in advance as the hotel does not sell them or anywhere in the mall next door.
All said and done I would stay there again, just maybe not in the height if summer
