“not a 3 star that's for sure”

unfortunately I must say this is not a three star Hotel the rooms are quite small bathrooms are tiny with little hot.The hotel has an auto shut off of the rooms electrical power when guests are away this is great for them to conserve energy however also shuts off your air conditioning so when you return to the room after a full day of activities expect the room to be hot and smelling damp and humid. the worst part of all I found to be the so-called included breakfast service the quality of the breakfast is terrible on top of that we arrived for breakfast roughly half an hour before the end of it when we arrived we found most of the platter is empty when we asked for them to refill the platters they accused us of overeating and charged us an extra 5 euros each. This was an all out lie I found it to be insulting and degrading and overall A disgusting way to treat guests.the freight elevator the hotel has was not working during our stay so we were forced to carry our bags and luggage up several sets of stairs both when we arrived and when we left the staff had no time to help this was unacceptable to me as well. wifi was hit and miss but usually did not work which truthfully for me is not the end of the world

The staff were rude and walked around with chips on their shoulders overall it was a terrible stay

i asked for a quiet room and the gave me a room on the ground floor after the lobby with no wifi at all. I complain several times to fix the problem and they didn't do anything to resolve it. I ask to change the room and nothing again. Unsatisfied

The location is a little far from the centre but not out of walking distance from most places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. However, the breakfast was very lacking with little to no variety from day to day. Overall average accommodation but should definitely be considered for short visits.

Just enough for a little short break in Rome. Been there for only 2 Nights. Very close to train station which is very good. Within walking distance to other points of interest, however, I love walking so maybe not really short distances for those who don't. Breakfast not very nice. Ham is not the nice Italian ham and the cheese nothing special, the usual ordinary cheap cheese. Room was ok, however, no internet connection available. Had to go down to reception to surf the net. Also, bathroom was a bit too small for 3 persons. Tv was small and slow!! But despite all this room was clean and service was nice. Reception were useful. Map provided on arrival so no need to buy one. Nice trattorias close to hotel for nice dinners.

Good location, very quiet during the night. Rich breakfast and friendly staff. Our room was a little bit old in general comparing with what was vied in pictures (especially beds and bathroom), tv was too small and internet connection was very slow.

This is seriously the worst hotel I have ever visited. Don't let the pics on Hotel.com trick you. The staff is very rude nd most unhelpful. The rooms are dingy, the breakfast cold nd bad. Even the location is also not gud. They say it's a 3 star but I hav serious doubts. Please don't come here.

We chose this hotel in a bit of a hurry since we had a little time to make arrangments. We chose Brasile because a good and reliable Finnish travel agency uses this hotel. We are a little puzzled, why. The area of the hotel is allright, far enough from seedy Termini. There are nice restaurants nearby the hotel, and a decent walk to the nearest metro. The staff we met were nice and helpful. Rooms are very small and oldfashioned, but clean enough. For some strange reason the floor of our bathroom was hot, we didn't find any button to turn the heating off so it was too hot as it made the whole small room too warm. Our room faced the inner yard, perhaps it was better so as it was quite quiet. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular with the obvious white bread, cheese and croissants. I missed eggs, bacon and fresh fruits and vegetables. In the hotel there is the smallest elevator I have ever seen :-) Next time in Rome we'll stay in Trastevere where for 100€ a night I am sure we will get something more personal and comfortable.
