I want to give you a feedback regarding my stay at this hotel last week.
Almost everything was wrong from the first day.
We had to wait in the lobby till 13.30 to have the check in made because the room was not ready. And the receptionist wasn’t nice at all. He apologized but he was nervous.
Then, the room was so small and dirty. There was hair everywhere in the room and in the bathroom.
I can’t understand why you have minibar in the room if it’s empty…
The bathroom without a shower cabin was absolutely awful.
One evening when we reach the room we found a dirty towel on the floor. There wasn’t ours.
We also had problems with the card access to our room. Every time we had to try for 5 to 10 times to get into the room…
In the morning, the chambermaid made a lot of noise because she was moving the beds and the chairs in the rooms from the same floor. It was annoying as we were in Rome for vacation.
Regarding to the breakfast, it was so poor and not good at all. Every morning the same “food”. And the employees were slamming the dishes when they were cleaning the tables. This is not a sound you would like to hear in the morning.
For conclusion, I can say we were very disappointed about our staying at Giotto Hotel in Rome.
