When we first picked this hotel, we were pleased with the location and price! then we read all the reports about it and we were horrified!!!! So can you imagine how surprised when we found a beautifully clean, modern room with hot running water!!!!
I think that some people just expect to much for their cheap accommadation, this room and the hotel does not deserve all the bad reports! We would defiantly use this hotel again. Breakfast was ok! but then we are English and expect cooked breakfasts which we knew we were'nt getting! Try this hotel you wont be dissapointed.

We booked this hotel after reading reviews from various websites and it came out the best. When we arrived and checked in the guy at reception asked if we liked heights. We said yes and so he moved us to the top floor into a nicer room with a balcony. The room was very impressive for the money we paid. i wasnt expecting too much for a 3 star but it was immaculate, great sized double bed, everything was sparkling clean, lovely windows and glass doors, laminate floors and tv. We had chocolates on our bed and the bathroom was all marble looking and really clean too.

We did have a little problem with the hot water, i think each time we wanted to shower we had to call the receptionist to do something to the water which was a bit of a pain but it didnt ruin anything. i would definantly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was basic but nice. Standard cereals, bread and sweat breads available. Tea and coffee machine and juice. All very nice surroundings though, it was enough to start the day!

Hotel is ideally situated, 3 mins walk from termini station, showers are hit and miss, sometimes you get hot water, and "shower curtain" was a leaky plastic mess and rooms are uber basic.

If you can get a cheap deal, and only use the place to sleep you won't be dissapointed. Staff helpful and friendly. The best thing is location from termini station as you can hop on the metro and get anywhere in rome.

Considering that this hotel claims to be a three-star hotel, I was very disappointed in my stay. The infrastructure could have been OK, but dirty bathroom, one bed instead of twin beds that we paid for, non-functioning elevator (room in 5th floor) and a poorly arranged breakfast really don't fit my idea of an OK hotel. Most disappointed I was in one of the receptionists, who was very rude towards us and never apologized his appalling behaviour.
