This was our 4th trip to Rome and our third stay at Cellini. They make us feel like close friends. We wouldn't consider any other place.
The people are the best. The owners make you feel at home from the first minute to the last. Their care and attention are unique. The staff who work at breakfast and during the day and night are attentive, helpful and friendly.
The location is excellent - close to metro, good bus routes, and many attractions within easy walking distance.
The hotel is intimate and lovely. Nice fresh flowers all of the time, plenty of marble, tasteful decorations. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of water. Could not be quieter. There is a laptop computer available for use at no charge.
The breakfast is pleasant and has good, made-to-order coffees, and some lovely peach nectar.
The terraza is a lovely place to relax in the evening, at the end fo your day or before dinner.
A great value in Rome!

Our room was lovely and comfortable with plenty of space, and lots of natural light. Bathrooms also nice and roomy. Location close to Republica Station - great for getting around. Bottle shops close by for that bottle of wine to enjoy on the lovely terrace, where you meet the other guesta while chilling out after a long day sightseeing. Such a quite spot in the middle of the city. The staff are exceptiponal, with wonderful recommendations on the local restaurants, which they will book for you (then you get special treatment from the restaurant!). Anything you need - just ask. Your wish is their command! Lovely breakfast - great coffee!

This trip marks our third to Roma and to the Cellini. We stayed there on our honeymoon (3rd floor), in their private apartment with our family, and now on their newly added additional floor (5th). We have loved each visit and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Their impeccable attention to details is unmatched and their very friendly customer service makes them unbeatable in many hotels anywhere, much less a bustling city like Roma. To say they bend over backwards to make sure your stay is perfect is an understatement. Plus, their rooms are quite large and their jacuzzi tubs make your body feel better after pounding the cobblestone streets of the wonderful city of Roma. During this stay, we even had a small balcony on which we could go out and look into the inner, quiet courtyard. The air conditioner is very efficient and the bathroom (a very important aspect to us) is fantastic, bright and roomy. If all that isn't enough, their breakfast buffet is wonderful, complete with meats, cheeses, yogurts, breads and delicious cappuccinos! There are other hotels in the same building with the Cellini. Don't choose them!!!! Choose the Residenza Cellini!! You won't regret it!

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great. We had a superior double room for 1 night followed by 3 nights in a junior suite - the latter was in effect a much larger double room with a table and two chairs. Both rooms were very clean and fitted to a high standard. The beds were quite firm, although this suited us. These rooms faced an inner courtyard that was not worth looking at, but it meant there was no outside traffic noise at all. Rooms are located on the 3rd and 5th floors of a building which houses some other hotels. Breakfast (served in a petite room on the 3rd floor) was continental style with a good choice of meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, croissants etc., plus juice, tea or coffee (refills as well). There is a small 5th floor terrace where you can relax with a drink. It seems this area is still 'work in progress' and may be extended in the future. The hotel staff were always helpful. We are so pleased we chose the Cellini and highly recommend it.

Loved this hotel! Location is less than a 5 minute walk from Piazza Repubblica where there is a Metro stop that will take you everywhere. We arrived at Termini Station from Venice and just walked to the hotel. Our room at Cellini was the nicest and biggest one compared to the other hotels we've stayed at during our Italian trip. My husband loved the free WIFI and Sky Satellite TV (lots of American shows). Service was excellent! Barbara, AJ, Roberto and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast is served daily at 7:30am but since we had a few days of early tours, they opened the breakfast room before 7am just for us! They had a good selection of breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, juices, teas and of course, the capuccino! One night when we were too tired to go out for dinner, we asked if there was a take-out pizza place nearby. They asked us what we wanted and insisted on picking up the pizza themselves! I'm truly impressed! You only get this kind of service in small, family-owned hotels where they treat you like one of their own.
